Damn these vids REALLY help, I'm going into 8th grade this year [second season], trying to switch from OL to DL, also switching schools from the worst school in city to second best, and I'm tryna make it to the NFL, like us all. Learning all these moves and drills that I can practice pre-season will definitely give me an advantage. Thanks for sharing these drills man, really helps alot.
I am a college bound defensive lineman, I think it would helpful if you put more weight room tips and nutrition for us big dawgs. I appreciate your channel it has definitely helped me become a more versatile and skilled defensive lineman. Best Wishes and Merry Christmas!
