    Hey this isn't related to football drills completely, but as a D-lineman i've learned, at least from my experience, that strong hamstrings are important. This is the one major area I lack and need to get stronger in if i even want a chance at starting next year. Do you have any workouts that target the hamstrings you could share with me? Keep up the good videos! They are very helpful.

      Do sumo deadlifts (wide stance with your hands on the inside and your legs on the outside) works your hamstrings A LOT and fixes any weaknesses you have from the start of your stance to the bursting through.

      Do 3-6 reps at a time and do 3-5 sets of them once a week.

    on the hands feet feet drills in the other videos your feets are pretty close and not wide. Shouldn't the feet be wide? Or is that only for OLiners.
