- I have been antique shopping since childhood and can't get enough. This Spring Antique Mall does not disappoint. Come along as I discover an eclectic mix of vintage and antique items from near and far. Have never seen so much Wedgwood Jasperware in one place. Lots of Waterford at great prices and Royal commemorative items to rival my personal collection. Takes me back to my career debut with Waterford-Wedgwood. My favorite find of the day is a glass and sterling tabletop item. To keep or gift is the question. Remember that antique shops are where the past makes the perfect present. It's a great way to shop for unique gifts. Elevate your everyday with antique finds!

My mother in law gave us a 6 of the Hock wine glasses from Germany. We always thought they were special. Thank you for giving us a name for them. We didn't know before. She travelled all over Europe and just bought whatever caught her eyes.
I can imagine her many European treasures! Here is more information on the Hock wine origin, which is a British term:
The word hock is short for the obsolete word hockamore, an alteration of "Hochheimer", derived from the name of the town of Hochheim am Main in Germany.
Queen Victoria visited Hochheimer during a harvest and this probably contributed to the term "Hock" being used in England.
Sunday morning here in France..you brighten my weekends with your videos Lady Mary Beth..Merci Beaucoup
Pleased to hear from you in France. 🥰 Do you shop local flea markets (when open)? Enjoy your Sunday!
Agree! "You can NEVER have to many cake plates!" Love cake plates.
You need one in every color! ❤️🧡💛💙💜💚🤎🤍
Item is an angel food breaker/cutter.
My favorite piece in this shop was the lovely square cake stand, so beautiful. ❤❤
Enjoyed your tour of the Spring Antique Mall. The Nippon Chocolate Set is so nice and I love the square Wilcox tray….just beautiful! ❤️ Great idea to give the silver cake servers as gifts along with one of your favorite recipes! Roll top child’s desk is so very nice! Thank you for this tour…I really enjoyed seeing everything! 🤗🥰🎃
Thanks for watching! I really want that square tray, but bought other items instead on a second visit.
Chocolate set, cake/pastry server and spooner please!perhaps the owner can reach out to me. I am very serious about this.
This was quite a tour. My mom would give me a bell by my bedside when I was sick as well. Beautiful pieces in this antique shop.
I had a roll top desk my grandmothers sister brought me it ,I loved it ,but you know I can’t remember what happened to it ,I think may be I gave it away when we moved house when I was eleven,I remember giving some children some of my toys to ,they were a large family an they didn’t have a lot ,it’s funny how simple things reminds you of days gone by xxxxxxAnn
I admire your generous heart. You surely brought joy to the children in need.
@@LadyMaryBeth thank you Mary breath ,simple things in life that give someone pleasure is a happy
Thank you,, you always made a beautiful and interesting vedio. All these things are very beautiful.
Thank you so much! 😀
I have several hair receivers. I would have been on sensory overload at that antique mall. Absolutely stunning.
I love you girl...you are made for this venue excellent knowledgeable and professional
The double sterling server with the wedding vingette is superb......so many beautiful cake stands...thank you for your nice vintage shopping video !🍁🍂👫💛
Can't have too many cake stands.😊 Thanks for coming along for the antiques. You have found some great pieces on your shopping adventures. Love your channel and all you do!
Wow! It could take a month to explore the whole place. What a wonderful adventure. And a lovely way to start my morning. Thank you!
I went back yesterday to explore more. Lots of new treasures added to my collection!
@@LadyMaryBeth hurrah for treasures. I always see treasures I could scoop up on ‘our’ jaunts. Like the beautiful pastry server you found.☺️
OMGoodness - that was a fabulous tour! So fun to watch!
The rack-type piece with a handle is a cake slicer. Located at 16:16. ( this is chsllenging as I am watching you on tv and have to come back to the phone in order to comment).
You got it! 😉
The cake server I would get for cutting a wedding cake. It would made a nice gift for someone getting married. I love shopping antique shops for gifts. Often the quality is better than new, and the designs are timeless.
I also appreciate the concept of taking something old and making it new. The fact that I support a small business owner as well is very satisfying.
Good point about the quality of vintage items. I much prefer the craftsmanship over new items from box stores.
This place is amazing. Thank you for sharing with us. I so enjoy watching your videos. Beautiful glassware. Stay safe and have a blessed day.
I appreciate you coming along for all the antique treasures. A friend and I went back yesterday to shop again. Such fun!
So many gift ideas! Thanks 👍
This place is an ABSOLUTE treasure-what a delight!! Thank you!!
I got into more trouble yesterday when I went back here with a friend to shop. So many treasures!
What a feast for the eyes! You are so blessed to live near this shop, I just love that lovely cobalt tumbler
It's so tempting when surrounded by such great shops. Went back yesterday and found the same tumbler in ruby glass. There were three, but I did not purchase. Got lots of other treasures.
Butiful treasures for sure….love ur channel
I appreciate you! 😘
Oh Lady Mary Beth what and Amazing place. I sure am learning a lot about glass from you. Thank you for bring us along . You never disappoint me. So until next time God Bless you and have a Blessed evening and stay safe my dear. 🍁👭🍁
Always great to hear from you! This place had a variety of eras and fine things. I went back here two days later and had a nice chat with the booth owner who had all the Wedgwood Jasperware. I always learn something new from others.

Good morning, Ann! ☀️ We are burning the midnight oil here in Texas. England was definitely well represented in this antique shop. 🥰
@@LadyMaryBeth hi lady Mary breath ,I don’t know if you can get it where you live ,on the tv we have a program called bargain hunt ,they go around to antique shops buy items an sell at auction to try to make a profit ,the proceeds go to children in need .We also have the antique road show where people take their own items along to be valued,so interesting an some surprises lv an blessings Ann xxxxx
Omg that Wedgwood! Still watching but had to comment! Thanks for uploading!
Sorry it’s so late. Yes, this shop has tons of Wedgwood Jasperware. Several dealers offer it.
How delightful! I am fascinated with your tips, advice and knowledge, I'm learning so much from you! Thank you for taking us along and always teaching us and sharing your knowledge, love your videos!🤩🤩🤩
Thank you so much!
I just love your videos. I cant get over the bargains you find. I dont believe I have commented in awhile. I've watch some of your past videos. I love when you decorate your dining room table. My husband and I had to down size and where we are living we do not have a dining room. If did have one I would have so much fun decorating it. You put extra meaning to dining rooms. They dont have to be plain. They can be elegant and not cost alot to make it that way. You have a sweet voice and beautiful smile. Love going shopping with you too. Love from Ohio
Perhaps you could decorate a breakfast bar or kitchen nook. Dinner for 2 could be fabulous! Thanks for your sweet message. Hearing from viewers in Ohio always makes me smile. You are living in glass country with all those factories that made the things we treasure.
Hello Lady Mary Beth Really enjoyed this video I always enjoy going antique malls they always have something so pretty and also wonderful vintage items God Bless you Josephine:)
Thanks so much, Josephine! Can't get enough, so I went back yesterday with a friend.
Thank you for taking us along. Way too many pieces I love!
So many treasures in this shop. Went back yesterday and got way too much. Ha!
Excellent!!! Thank you so much for sharing your extensive knowledge. I’ve always admired Waterford but even more so now through you. You are an awesome presenter by the way.
Thanks so much! Can't get enough Waterford. It really gives a different perspective knowing the craftsmanship that goes into each piece.
I quite agree. Mary Beth has given me many new ideas as well.
Everything absolutely so beautiful I ilovet thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching! So many beautiful items to see, so I went back yesterday.
I love the top you had on in this show ..you always look so elegant ..and love how you take us along and you take your time letting us see the items and price .thank you so much ..I look forward for your shows.
I appreciate your kind message. My friend owns a boutique called Adelyne's and I get lots of my tops and dresses here. It's www.shopadelynes.com
I enjoyed coming along with you on your treasure hunting. you got some good buys. It was interesting to see the chocolate/cocoa pitcher with the cup & saucers. Fortunately I inherited a beautiful cocoa set pitcher with 6 cups and saucers. On the bottom is an emblem and it says R3 Germany. I am really attracted to pieces made in Austria and Germany that often feature bigger pretty flowers. thanks
Great video. I like your shirt. Is it Johnny Was shirt ? Very nice sleeves
Thanks so much! I shop my friend's boutique for tops and casual dresses. It's www.shopadelynes.com This particular shirt is Andree by Unit from Adelyne's Boutique.
Cool things to see. Lovely items, things to look at
I always see more after the video uploads. Went back and bought more yesterday. Friends saw items and asked me to get for them, too.
I love that you give other uses for traditional pieces. In the past I would never look at crystal or china pieces thinking it was "old fashion". But this past weekend we were in an antique and collectibles shop and I was seeing things through different eyes. Imagining what I could do with different pieces in my very contemporary home. You've opened my eyes to a whole new source of décor items and giftware. Love it!
Love that you are embracing timeless treasures! You could probably think of even more uses. Please share as you discover.
Ever since I been watching your channel I also been learning about the different kinds of crystal you show us, so now when I go out thrifting/antiquing I look for high-end glassware...I want to upscale my Thanksgiving dinner this year.
Wonderful! I invite you to share your table settings and finds in our Facebook group page: Lady Mary Beth's Table. Join us! facebook.com/groups/4427940563890391
I have recently discovered “Block” crystal, by accident at goodwill. Sparkly and heavy. I’ll post a picture later.
I love shopping with you Last Mary Beth. This was my second visit! You always elevate my day🤗❤
My mother would have loved you. I actually know what many of the things you speak about are. The kids today just have no interest . Paper plates would do. But Mom was a lady as was my grandmother. She loved fine things and loved setting a gorgeous table. We are half German so am loving seeing my roots. Thank you for sharing about the address plaques. It’s a shame every German has to live with. Thank you
Thanks for your kind message. You are correct about the paper plate generation. Hoping to start the wave to embrace fine living. Glad you have the wonderful memories of your mom and grandmother. Neat that you are half German. Hope you can visit Germany someday.
You are such a delight!
I just adore you and your videos.
🥰
You always make my day!
❤️
Simply beautiful ! I hope they all go to caring homes
I like how you think! 😉 “Caring homes” gives me a new perspective. 🙌🏻
This store is magnificent! I'm sad it's too far away for me to visit but it was wonderful getting a tour. Thank you! 🥂
Hope you find antique shops in your area. This one is filled with treasures. A friend and I went back yesterday and bought lots.
I see a cute froggy among the rabbits...He'd be a "come home with me" possibility!
The frog is Jeremy Fisher, from the Beatrix Potter “Peter Rabbit” books. I have him in my childhood collection. 🐸 🐇 💙
@@LadyMaryBeth I have seen Beatrix Potter Frogs, however smaller and quite pricey.
The little ruby red basket superb ! This shop is just loaded with treasures.....the emerald green too ! 👍🍂👫💛
You could fill up a van full of treasures here. I went back for more. 🛍😀
A wonderful and learning tour
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank your for previewing The Spring Mall. Beautiful items shown. I think I’ll make a trip to explore the mall. I always enjoy your videos. You’re so graceful and very informative. Hugs from a fellow Texan.
Love hearing from fellow Texans! This is one of the best antique malls in the Houston area. Hope you shop there soon!
I love your programs
I appreciate you watching!
I can watch you all day long 🌷you are so talent and creative and your family and friends are sooo lucky ❤thank you
You make my heart sing!
Beautiful collection
This antique mall really has some beautiful items. Thanks for watching.
Love going through the mall with you. 👍💕
Thanks for coming along. So many beautiful treasures. I went back two days later and bought more. 😉
I hope you did another video. That’s a great place to shop. I know you could go every day and we’d not see it all but love it when you do. you
You do such a great job of explaining everything and giving us ideas for their use. 👍💕
I have a spoon collection, around 200-250. I would have fun in that shop. They are old patterns to resort or vacation spoons.
I have only one thing to say : square tray ALL DAY !!! 💜
Yes!!!
You have such an educated eye! Pointed out some truly stunning pieces. I knew the mystery items but will keep still on that! The larger Salt cellars are great for individual dipping sauces - soy sauce, etc. And just so pretty. Really look forward to your videos, Mary Beth! Thank you
Great idea to use the larger salt cellars for dipping sauces!
When I see a dish or glass or bowl, even the three-mirrored vanity, I think of my mother’s home in Georgia. She had an eye just like you do. Just not the pocketbook for much. But many years ago when the first stadium was built in Atlanta, many older homes were torn down My mother and aunt went many months to check out what the older generations had acquired and left for children who couldn’t have cared less. Now I’m ashamed to say I can’t remember what happened to so many things. Your trips bring back memories long buried of my sweet mother and her love for all things pretty. Thank you. Lismore is my pattern so I love to hear more about it from you.
Great memories you share of your mother and aunt. Did not realize that homes were torn down to build a stadium. So sad. Have spent lots of time in Atlanta and just love this city. Have you been to Roswell? Bulloch Hall is one of my favorite homes.
@@LadyMaryBeth I was born and raised in Cobb County, my husband at the base of Stone Mountain. It’s so difficult to go back now as the city and surrounding areas are not the same. We both grew up in a small city and now don’t recognize the skyline unless the capitol is in view. We still try to get back every few years to see the family he has left but our first stop is to get a Varsity hotdog, French fries and orange soda. That will never change, thank goodness. And thank you for the memories. We live in Florida now. Doesn’t everybody? It’s a plastic world down here except for a few towns we’ve found to look at antique glassware.
I stumbled upon your channel and I have to say, you ate so informative and I absolutely enjoy watching and listening to you. I feel as though I'm getting a wonderful lesson with every video! Thank you !
I appreciate your kind comment! ☺️
I wish you could hear me urging you to look at items on the shelves underneath ! I saw the best George and Martha Washington S+P shakers...but you didn't...oh well need to get to this treasure palace in Houston with my sister . Thanks for sharing !
I am headed back there this afternoon. Could take photos for you. Which items were on the upper shelves for a reference?
@@LadyMaryBeth oh thank you - no need. they were some plates I would have to go back to the video and find them but you are so kind to offer. I live between Paris and Dubai and know Strasbourg FR very well.
Love the Rosenthal 'bag' vase - I have something similar modelled as a Harrods store bag Carltonware English china
The Harrods bag would be fun to feature on a table. 💚
OMGOSH. I am going to have to visit all the thrifting and antiques places that the 3 or 4 RUclipsrs that I watch go to! If I am ever in the area. I found a Harmony House Mt. Vernon teapot at my local Salvation Army and I just love it .
Great find with the teapot! Houston seems to be blessed with great thrift, resale, and antique stores.
The Wedgwood Jasperware offerings are impressive. 💙💚💛🖤🤍💗
This is the largest grouping I have seen, including in the wholesale showroom.
Always love coming along with you to see beautiful things!
I'm so glad you came along for this shop. They had so many treasures packed in this space.
I love the jam jar. I think it's wonderful that you have these beautiful items for every day use.
I often get distracted from shopping while filming. The jam jar definitely had to go home with me!
💜It is Saturday night, I got your notification at about 10pm, Yes I had to watch. Everything was Beautiful 💜
Thanks so much for watching this late! 😴
Educational and spirit-lifting to see so many beautiful things! Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it! Love that you mention "spirit-lifting". It really is good for the soul to be amongst beautiful treasures from the past. Even better to take something home to enjoy!
I have some pieces that look like what you showed. None of my friends use such fussy looking dishes and servers. My children hate all this stuff so I don’t think anyone I know would want something you showed as giftable. I see so much of my pieces and my parents as ending up in a junk shop.
Trying to create the wave to make these once loved treasures coveted again. With the trend of reuse, reduce, recycle, it would be a perfect fit. For my recent birthday luncheon, four friends gifted me with vintage items. I was over the moon happy to receive these.
Wow! What a great shopping day! Thank you for taking us along, Mary Beth. I really love the vintage pierced silver plate pieces, and found a gorgeous tomato server at a thrift store recently. It was an exciting find for $1.25......nothing like the hunt!
That was a deal on the tomato server. Wow! Just love silverplate and sterling flatware and serving pieces.
Hello Lady Mary Beth, I was able to purchase an item from one of your recent tours, the Sabino vase.....the individuals at the store were so helpful.....love watching and glad I could purchase and have it shipped.....keep up the good work....
Lady Mary Beth, Great trip to the Antique Mall!!!! Love all the unique items you introduce us to. And thank you for including 🎃 Halloween!!!!!!
Thanks for watching! My mother loved vintage Halloween and I had to share.
Really exquisite pieces, this antique store has it all
I went back yesterday and bought lots more! It's hard to film and shop during one visit.
I've used my Towle silver plated punch bowl with ice to chill wine bottles for a party, plus it has been used for many church, wedding and baby showers. Jefferson also had an ivy pattern china. I know what that kitchen utensil is used for but let everyone guess. Probably a story attached as to why the pillowcases were never opened.
Great idea to chill wine bottles in a silver ice bucket. I have EAPG punch bowls, but not a silver one. Would like to feature punch bowls and uses in a future segment.
HI Lady Marybeth I just saw my Thanksgiving 'dinnerware set.Lenox Citation gold with the fluted edges. The crystal perfume bottles and the crystal'vases and rose bowl is my fav .I wish I was there to buy them🙂 .I always enjoy the antique trips with 'you Thank you.
Thanks for mentioning the pattern name! I wanted to look it up, but we edited and uploaded the day after filming. Lenox Citation Gold is a beautiful and classic pattern.
@@LadyMaryBeth You are'welcome Lady Marybeth.I mix it with the Eternal.Service for8 eternal and service for5 citation gold.Odd number incase I break one😂😂😂😂
was just there! just started collecting wedgwood jasperware!
Yay! I am headed back there this afternoon. Which Jasperware pieces did you get?
@@LadyMaryBeth i am jolievintage.. on instagram and candice c on another youtube account. i will post my wedgwood collection soonish. i bought a bunch of the small wedgwood dishes for $6 each. but not in that particular case. it was on a shelf in a different booth in the same store.
Now that's a store I'd never want to leave! I saw so many beautiful pieces & those cake stands! They're def becoming a fast favorite. Cobalt is also a favorite of mine, but unfortunately, I don't know much abt it...yet. I found this beautiful cobalt blue pitcher this past wkend by accident & after a little research, I think it might be Silvestri! I found that, the matching glasses(tumblers) & a few other pieces in boxes in a barn. Still can't believe I didn't get the tumblers, but I'm hoping to go back! It's just a stunning piece & I'm so excited to add it to my growing collection. 💙
Go get those tumblers! You could fill several with flowers and use as a centerpiece. Cobalt is great for Fall, too. 💙
Beautiful and useful finds
Thanks! I went back and got the Wedgwood Jasperware vase with frog insert. It was a lucky day with the dealer there to give me special discounts.
Such a wonderful antique store to visit. They had such interesting and beautiful things. Thanks for sharing. Love to hear and learn about it all...
I always see items later that I wish I had purchased. Will go back soon. Thanks for viewing! ☺️
You're mystery item is an angel food cake cutter..
You are correct! 👍🏻
@@LadyMaryBeth they don't make angel food cakes any more ..they take 12 egg whites....
Great video and always so informative!

I use a 2 tier cake stand for my perfume collection ❤️ Great video and thanks for sharing your knowledge 🥰🙏🏻💕
Great use of cake stands! 🙌🏻
Thank you for a wonderful video, All the beautiful crystal and cut glass you use in your home do you hand wash.
I absolutely hand wash crystal and cut glass. Dawn dish soap is good to use. It really sparkles with a bath!

Hello Lady Mary Beth I once seen a small bar incased in glass. Looked like an end table. Can you tell me anything about them ?
I have seen an antique beveled glass kidney shaped bar that doubles as a tea cabinet. Could be what you are describing. These are available in reproduction pieces.
@@LadyMaryBeth Thank you so much.

Yes! You guessed correctly!
I love your videos!!! You are so knowledgable and have magnificent taste. Your blouse is beautiful so I tried your friend's website but it wouldn't let me enter my email address to allow access to her store!!!
Hmmm. I will mention to Adelyne’s. This is the link I use: shopadelynes.com
I would like to buy that chocolate set. How can I purchase it?
See the video description for the shop information. You may reach out to them to inquire.
The mystery item’s probably a Hair Receiver for storing hair removed from brushes & combs in Victorian time.
You nailed it! 🔨
Shhhhhhh it’s a secret!
How to you clear foggy glassware. Once cloudy, beauty fades. Please advise

I am also always learning. Went back yesterday and bought lots more. Had the pleasure of visiting with one of their top dealers about all things Wedgwood.
Actually King George coronation items are rarer than Edward, because everything was made for Edward's coronation and it was all set to go, he abdicated just before the coronation. When King George (Albert) was crowned there wasn't much cornation items made for him.
Glad to know this! 👑
Speaking of gifts... not antique but Target in their dollar area near the entry doors has adorable mini fondue pots right now for 5. You can give them as part of a gift to newlyweds or college dorm kids and set them up with chocolate and fruit as a " fondue for 2" thing. Super cute gift item.
I need to check these out at Target. We have small fondue sets from the Chantal outlet store. Fruit definitely tastes better dipped in chocolate!

Indeed! Will feature in a future segment.
I have some other antiques items those are old about 100 years old
You certainly have some treasures. Would love to see.
