A small contribution to the expenses to produce a high quality video. Another store to add to my list. I am so behind in watching your videos. Busy time of year for me. I have a question: Would you consider creating a spreadsheet - for purchase - that shows all the local stores you've visited with their website, social media sites, contact information, and your LMB Store Grade (high recommendation, prices too high, often visited by you, etc). Thank you as always and have a wonderful holiday season!
Good idea! Perhaps, I could show some in a future segment. Have you seen the China Baroque visit and extensive collections of repurposed, broken china?
Hello, Lady Mary Beth! So sad there wasn't anyone to inherit all that lovingly collected Waterford. And sad the "collection" couldn't stay together......oh, well, all pieces will find good homes and many will benefit from it!
There were over 200 pieces, most with original boxes. I think she went to all the Waterford signing events to support the store and meet the artisans. Hope she was happy to collect, thought most unused.
Oh my goodness! What beautiful and elegant collections and the opportunity to be there by yourself I'm sure was a treat. The bon-bon spoon was very sweet and can be used for many different items. The teapot strainer was beautiful as well. Thank you, Lady Mary Beth.
Hi Mary Beth. The only other place I've seen so much Waterford in one place is a film about the company and museum! My word. I love, love the seahorse candlesticks. Beautiful. Beautiful.
Hello Lady Mary Beth, it was a delight to see all that beautiful Waterford in one location. Quite a lovely find on the sterling bon bon server. Hope you are settling in and getting things ready for Christmas. Thank you for the tour of the Antique Store. TC
I love your videos. Some feedback... you get too caught up on the crystal (which I do understand) and overlook many beautiful items that are worth mentioning.
You inspired me to go to my first estate sale, and I’m so glad I did! I managed to purchase 13 Waterford Lismore goblets for $165 out in Katy last week - such a steal!
So glad you went to the estate sale. That’s a deal on the Lismore goblets. Retail price is about $100 per glass. The older, classic Waterford is nicer. 💚
I was absolutely drooling over the case full of that spectacular Imari and fish pattern dishes! Perhaps in my next life! 😂 They must have been heartsick over the broken plate. I'm excited that you'll be able to "make lemonade" from scratch the halves, though, and hope you'll share the finished pieces made from that gorgeous plate. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas, Mary Beth! 🎄❤️🕯💚🎅🏻 💚🕯❤️🎄
Looks like your house is in the old historic district of East Hill! Beautiful! This is my first Christmas alone. Lost hubby of 55 years in April... but I'll get along... Blessings
What a beautiful trifle bowl (the first one) and would still be popular here where a good alcoholic trifle is to be found on many a Christmas sideboard. Stunning champagne flutes but I will continue with my IKEA version😢😢😢 x
@@LadyMaryBeth Frohe Weihnachten und Frohes neues Jahr - if we don’t speak again before then. Glad you arrived safe! Your house is looking beautiful. PS. Thinking about it - there is a lot to be said for individual trifles. The large one looks amazing until you start serving. Use tall glasses and the layers stay a bit longer. X
Great a CLIFFHANGER!!❤❤ Love the video can’t wait to see the finished piece(would love to have a piece from C/B) 🙏 for including the Silver🧐 ❤❤ the Waterford candle holder (my money was on you taking them home 😮) so glad you got the 🥄❤ Also loved that White feather 🎄great job on the video 👍
Thank you so much! I brought the broken plate to China Baroque before we left for Europe. Need to revisit and see if the design is ready for production. I left in a hurry. Ha!
Loved this store ...never seen the center piece with the 3 sea horses ...we have the 2 sets of sea horse candle holders and that beautiful bowl with them and we have the sea horse bowl with the 2 sea horses ...I was in heaven ..thank you so so very much
The Imari pattern is my favorite. I found two oval platters and a large serving bowl and some dinnerplates at a goodwill recently! I got them of course lol. The antique stores here prowl goodwills so I beat them to it if I can.
Hi lady Mary Beth,I love this antique store ,I wish you an your family a very happy Christmas an a healthy new year much love Ann uk ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🎄🎄🎄🎄
My goodness, I'm laughing out loud... The idea of bonbon spoon is outrageous and yet so entertaining. This has to be the ultimate pretentious accoutrement. LOL I still enjoy listening to your lovely voice and taking in your knowledge. Have a blessed Christmas and wonderful New Year.
Royal Crown Derby was known as Derby Porcelain until 1775, when King George III granted the factory the honour of being able to incorporate a crown into its backstamp - becoming Crown Derby. In 1890, Queen Victoria awarded Crown Derby the royal warrant and the company was renamed Royal Crown Derby. The covered dish is a Muffin Dish in the Imari (2451) pattern. I collect the Old Imari (1128) and Imari. (2451) patterns mainly from 1921 to 1963 made at the Omaston Road Factory.
Gothic letters acid-etched onto Waterford started in 1950. This gave way to Waterford in script in 1986. I find that these classic pieces are heavier with deeper cuts. Fine craftsmanship.

I saw some silver pieces there that looked like Gorham Chantilly - that's my next obsession!
Oh, I love Gorham Chantilly! It's one of the oldest patterns, first made in 1895. With its popularity, there are a variety of pieces available.
Thank you for showing us this beautiful collection
Thanks for watching. The shop will bring in more Waterford as there is room to display.

I love the look of Waterford crystal. I have American Brillant pieces that I love. I use the candy dishes a lot.

Maybe so, but (bonbon) spoons are practical for entertaining and everyday.
Always the best videos! I hope you and your family have a beautiful Christmas in Germany !

When did Waterford Crystal stop using the Gothic script? I tend not to buy modern pieces because I'm not sure if it's made in Ireland or not.
Gothic letters acid-etched onto Waterford started in 1950. This gave way to Waterford in script in 1986. I find that these classic pieces are heavier with deeper cuts. Fine craftsmanship.
@Lady Mary Beth
That's great then, all my pieces are from before 1986, thanks 👍
Omg that seahorse bowl!!!! I want!! Did I miss the price?
I asked the shop owners, and seems that the Seahorse bowl was $1250. It was already sold.
What mark does James Avery have on it thanks info
James Avery jewelry pieces have a candelabra logo with JA or just Avery on smaller items.
Have you thought about releasing your own line of tableware? Fine china, even everyday dinnerware, tea sets, etc?
I dream of this! 💭
@@LadyMaryBeth When you do, we'll support!
Did Waterford ever make a hanging lamp? I have never seen one
There was one that would fit that description. Wish I had kept all my old catalogs.
