    These videos making me miss River Cottage on Channel 4. The Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter ones.
    Good times. Sorely missed.

    This looks great! Have watched a good bit of River Cottage again on DVD while we’ve been in isolation... Wish he would make a cook on the wild side series 3!

    Thanks for these hugh. I will b watching them all and I'm definitely going to try some. I think wartime cooking from leftovers and pantry is going to get us through covid this winter ❤️

    It's hard to feel inspired day in and day out with family meals how great to have something new to try and think my ten year old will want to help cook this. Looks delicious. Thanks River Cottage.

    I've been looking for a way to use the spinach I've been growing and this looks perfect! I'm a big fan of All Things River Cottage. I attended a bread making class 2 years ago, began my own sourdough starter and have never bought a loaf since!

    Why use one pan for a bechamel when you can use two. Bet HFW doesn't do the washing up.
