It is a peasant dish made from potato, cabbage, salt & pepper, and then fried in some form of animal fat (or neutral oil if that's all you have). No cheese, definitely no olive oil, no nettles, no bacon, no chorizo, no wagu beef, no frankincense or myrrh.
