PanHandlers at 2024 WDC Annual concert

A quartet from the PanHandlers performed a set of popular songs with an island beat. Panhandlers are presented by Chops, Inc. In addition to the 18 piece full PanHandlers Band, Chops also sponsors 2 community programs: Tin Cups is a community band that performs for summer events around the twin cities. The Pan Outreach program takes instruments in to schools for residencies. this program has reached more than 10,000 students!
