Thank you, thank you for the nice compliments. Used to put it on AirBnB and it was doing really well. But couldn't handle the demand and time attention needed, hence, decided to do long term renting instead. Might do short term rental again (AirBnB) in the near future again.
Thanks. Yeah, entrance is important actually. Without realising, we use it on a daily basis (for me at least, going in and out). Even the living room and kitchen, I don't necessarily use on a daily basis.
It's crazy how much a unit can look so different if renovated properly. I think challenge is now to make it look 'how nice', but rather, 'how much'. If money is not an issue, I'm sure your unit will look just as nice, if not nicer than mine la
@@nichlqs Hahahah, if you got money, it solves 99% of the problems already!! Get a project coordinator to monitor day to day progress while yourself/your mum drops by once in awhile?
Thnx for the compliments. It was completed quite mamy years back, about 8 years ago, so not sure if the pricing is still valid, given inflation. It was approx RM4k+-.
Actually, I'm in the midst of replacing the whole lower kitchen cabinet as the previous one has water damages (the top surface was chipboard and hence, prone to water damages. Changing it to black quartz stone for the top and for the bottom cabinet, new set also with light birch laminate instead of the glossy red which looks out of place. Will share the results soon!
About 20k for front grill, shoe cabinet, island with low cabinet, fridge housing, connected dining table, plaster ceiling works, TV feature wall and cabinet. Electrical items and other loose items are all separate cost. Which block is yours?
If can DIY, it's decently cheap. There are RUclips tutorial videos which shows how it can be done. Engaging external painter will be ex since its quite labour intensive. Keyword to doing the momento wall is 'random' 😁
Hahahah. Yeah, it's either you love it or hate it. To me, it's minimalist and being different. More importantly, it's actual role of being ultra solid and safe. Can use a fire extinguisher and bang and it'll still be OK. People can't steal the shoes in the cabinet too. And electronic door lock, of course, super convenient. 😁

Sorry, don't really understand your question. You mean the amount spent for the reno? Under RM20k for the fit-out items, excluding the electrical items such as TV, Fridge, washing machine....etc
I love the condo design, spacious and well renovated. Don't mind to rent this place when I am in KL :)
