- Gel lamp Tutorial: Are you thinking about getting a gel lamp, but don't know which one to buy? Maybe you're wondering if you should even get one. Well, in this video tutorial I address both of these issues so that you have a clear understanding of gel lamps and whether or not you should purchase one.
I will say that if you are just starting out with using gel polish that a starter kit will perhaps be your best option. I say this because it is cheaper and will get you everything you need to get started.
In this gel lamp tutorial I tell you the reasons why I decided to get a new gel lamp after having one that came in my starter kit.

Wish I would have seen this sooner. I purchased a led lamp through Melody Susie but started off with the nail sensational kit and have had that led lamp for almost 5yrs. I also have one by asp I got from Sallys. I just wanted something bigger but would have been nice to have that uv led lamp you posted. Maybe later lol. My hubby put me on a freeze for now😯😒 TFS💕

Will this light cure Brisa lite gel systems
Hi CND claims their gel only cures with their UV light. However this amazon reviewer said this gel lamp cured the CND shellac which needs a UV light. Just an f.y.i. this light isn't returnable presumably for hygiene reasons. Thanks for watching.

far so good but I've only had 1 test run. It cured CND Shellac. 10s
base coat 2 min per color app and 2 min top coat. Wipe with isopropyl
alcohol. Will update if any negative experiences

These are for gel polishes. You would need a nail dryer for regular polish.

@@candacelaws409 Hi you only need gel base coat if doing gel nail polish or gel nails. If using regular nail polish you dont need a base coat unless you are using a dark color to prevent the color from staining.
