Aren’t the elbows meant to be loose and be like “chains” or “ropes” that the weights hangs on them? Because most of the cues here cause the elbows to be stiff and locked and that causes problems in the third pull
You're right. Flexing triceps as guy says is a wrong cue, as it may cause technical errors (like bumping the bar away from body, jumping forward,...) after 2nd pull as you probably won't bend elbow fast enough after arms being flexed (even if you might think you can haha). Arms should just hang loose, relaxed, not flexed.
