He fully intended to MELT The Emperor's bullet in mid-air, and he probably could've done it too considering The Emperor is no different from any Gun aside from it's ability to control the direction of the Stand Bullets.

The Sharingan doesn’t see invisible people. It also doesn’t allow the user to see the chakra network, it can only perceive chakra and it’s flow. So when Obito is able to react to and stab that invisible Stone Village ninja, it’s because he can see him as a mass of chakra.
Would Sasuke's Rinnegan be able to see stands? He could at least see Madara's Limbo clones who've been stated to exist in a different dimension, so would he be able to see stands? Same kind of argument for Naruto. Even though he wouldn't be able to see stands, he could sense them like he did with Madara's Limbo clones while in 6PSM.

I feel like a lot of people forget that there used to be people without chakra in Naruto. So while certain things like Itachi's genjutsu could work because it injects chakra into them, anything that relies on disrupting someone elses chakra wouldn't. Its not like no one existed before Kaguya so the crusaders absolutely could avoid abilities that specifically target peoples chakra, even if stands are technically a type of life energy
That isn’t how the MS works, that “injects chakra” statement means that you don’t have to look into itachis eyes for the genjutsu to work he just needs to look into yours, like your gazes don’t have to meet with the MS but with base sharingan the do
@@cethsui Rewatch/Reread the fight with Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Guy vs Itachi and Kisame When guy enters the battlefield he’s able to keep his eyes open but isn’t caught into Tsukuyomi because he wasn’t looking at Itachi in the eyes. Tsukuyomi can only work if you make eye contact with the target. If all Itachi needed to do was just stare at the eyes of someone to trap them in the genjutsu then Guy, Kurenai, and Asuma would have been hospitalized with Kakashi the moment they opened their eyes.

That's part of what makes it so dangerous is that it transports the victim into a sort of mental pocket dimension that Itachi controls, in his light novels it states he has utter and complete control through the genjutsu and that it's so powerful the brain will essentially manifest what happens to you in it. That's how he killed his girlfriend back in the Uchiha massacre, I don't believe it mentions needing to disrupt someone else's chakra network to work unlike say kotoamatsukami or ephemeral

Joseph would definitely be able to defeat Jirobo but it would definitely be a battle of strength vs. experience Joseph would end it by possibly frying his brain by letting Jirobo get close to him on purpose with Joseph taking a serious amount of damage. But, he would be able to live through it.
I like the idea of Joseph being the one to fight Sakon and Ukon. He'd be like "not another parasite in my body!" but it's extremely unfair as with hamon he could potentially expell them from his body, etc. via the body modification and so on
The story could be that a secret stand user Dio hired has a stand that is basically a reverse Bohemian Rhapsody, and he teleports the SC group into Naruto in the start of that arc.
Don’t know if anybody else mentioned this but atleast for itachi specifically he can inject his own chakra through peoples eyes so genjutsu from him would work but your point for taiyuya still stands. Just thought I’d bring that up

I wonder if any of the Naruto characters would be able to detect things like Emerald Splash? I think high level ninjas could end up dodging traps they don't always see but it also depends on how something like Emerald Splash or Stands at all react to the air around them.
An idea I’ve had for this is the Joestar bloodline vs One Piece where each main Joestar replaces one member on the Strawhats like Jonathan replaces Luffy Joseph replaces Nami Jotaro replaces Zoro and so on and so forth And each time a new member joins they get replaced by the next protagonist of each part until Jodio replaces the 9th Strawhat member and stop after that (Also you can swap different JoJos into different fights like putting Giorno up against Crocodile in Alabastaso Johnathon isn’t just eating sh*t at every turn)
Jonathan definitely beats the shit out of everyone up til eneru. He could still have some problems with crocodile but if he is smart enough he could beat crocodile. I think you seriously downplayed the crippling weakness that is the Naruto-Verse not being able to see Stands. That is basically an insta-lose for all of them. -Avdol can melt steel out of the air, he can disintegrate Sakon and Ukkon literally before they know what hit them. They don't get to summon their barrier because they don't see Magician's Red. -Once Polnareff realizes Tayuya can't see his stand, he shoots his Saber's blade at her head and wins. No contest. -If Kakyoin doesn't play around and wants to make his fight quick, he 20 meter radius ES's immediately and wins. How can Kidomaro fight back against something hitting him from every angle and that he can't even see? -Joseph is both too fast and too smart to lose to Jirobo. He can't one shot, but he doesn't draw in a million years. What intelligence feats does Jirobo even have? -Kimimaro vs Jotaro is actually pretty interesting, since unless Jotaro goes for a one-shot (which I'd argue he could do against him) Kimimaro could erect a spiky layer of bones around his body to stop Star Plat from attacking him (Jotaro admits to struggling with swords against Anubis Polnareff). It's one of the only interesting fights assuming no Rage Boosted Jotaro. -Assuming Iggy's Sand is visible, Iggy vs Kimimaro would likely come down to Iggy realizing Kimimaro is going to die soon and just playing keep away until he does. Iggy can fly, but Kimimaro can shoot bone projectiles at him, but Iggy can hide in the forest and just camp him out that way using cover. -"Sasuke has range." *laughs in Star Finger ambush and Time Stop + ORA ORA follow up*

I feel like they'll almost always get smoked. The enemy stand would be invisible to them and they wouldn't even know what's attacking them. Most stand users attack from a distance or surprise attack their opponents.
I wonder how the Byakugan would interact with stands or kakyoin’s emerald splash traps. Im not sure if it would be able to see the energy coming off from the crusaders or see the traps themselves or if it would be able to just see the stands itself. I think it’s an interesting idea.
As far as I'm aware, stands are a soul based thing like ghosts and I don't think byakugun can see ghosts or the soul, at least the basic one. Otsuski is another matter.
Good video, but I think this would be a lot more fair with a caveat that allows the Crusaders to be capable of being hit by all of the Sound 4's abilities. Like, maybe the Sound 4's abilities interfere with the opponent's fighting spirit, since the fighting spirit is part of what powers Stands in JoJo. It would make Jirobo's chakra sucking barrier and Tayuya's genjutsu more effective. Also, it would probably be better if the Sound 4 could see Stands, as it would make for more interesting conflicts and makes some fights less one-sided. Also I feel like some of the matchups werent that great. The ones you picked were fine but if I had to pick it would be: Avdol vs. Jirobo - He would be the first to put his life on the line for everyone else's progression provided Polnareff doesnt get pissed off Kakyoin vs. Kidomaru - makes sense, two long range tactician fighters Joseph vs. Tayuya - Joseph could easily play a similar passive role that Shikamaru did in the fight, has a similar ability and battle IQ, and unique abilities of his own to potentially counter genjutsu(? not sure if hamon can directly interfere with brain function beyond physical ability and heightened perception). Polnareff (and Iggy?) vs. Sakon and Ukon - a perfect mirror to Kiba and Akamaru except Iggy would be more independent. Polnareff is also honestly too fast and strong to combat anyone below Sakon and Ukon, as it would kind of be a wash otherwise. Jotaro vs. Kimimaro makes sense and continues the narrative idea, though I think giving Jotaro time stop here makes it way too much of a wash. Add Iggy in and Kimimaro has no chance. Jotaro vs. Sasuke still makes sense and at this point Time Stop is probably a bit more fair, all considering.
Replace the stardust crusaders with DIO and I see it being worse for the enemy. Purely because with most fights with Jotaro he holds back alot and DIO doesn't play around if your not a Jojo. With 10 second time stop that he showed he can basically spammed he could insta kill most of them and make it a more brutal figjt for the rest.
Prediction before watching the video: the crusaders should take this easy. Tbh I’m not even sure how this could be a challenge. Maybe if you included Kimmimaro. But I think every crusader except Joseph solos the Sound 4.
I guess in term of Sharingan 3-tomoe Sasuke can't see Star Platinum, but can predict its movements by tracking micromovements of Jotaro. No matter how good poker face you have, your stand is still you, and you still do some unconcious moves
This might be late but this is quite interesting take, I wonder if that's possible to track the movement of that person in order to predict an invisible light speed attack cuz the attack should have a wide up
The problem is that Sasuke still wouldn't even know what a Stand is to begin with. He knows he's getting hit by SOMETHING, and maybe he could track Jotaro's eye movements to try and predict where the impact will be aimed, but by the time he figures even that much out, he's probably had all the teeth knocked out of his mouth. Also, time stop.

I always wondered if anyone from Naruto could actually see stands. Thinking about it for a while, I’m thinking Neji or literally anybody from the Huga klan might be able to see stands. Think about it. Neji is supposed to be a genius right? In the first few seconds into a fight with a stand user, he’s gonna know something’s wrong. He knows there’s something there that he can’t see, which will frustrate him at first because the Biakugan is supposed to let him see everything. He’ll probably take a couple hits from the enemy stand user(maybe some random DIO henchman or whatever) and then he notices patterns after the fact. And at that moment he has an idea. “I don’t need to see it, I just need to see everything else around it!” So he adjusts his Biakugan to focus on the airborne air particles being kicked up throughout the fight, and use that like sonar. Finally Neji sees it. An empty void right next to the enemy in the shape of a man getting ready to attack.

What makes fighting a stand so suspenseful is not knowing how they work at first, but once you figure out what they can/can’t do the user gets beaten down so hard that they wanna die. Neji ain’t no slouch, and neither are the rest of the characters. Once they get their bearings it’s an even right.
There’s also a little known fact about silver chariots rapier, it canonically can piece anything and pierce between atoms. So it basically can cut and pierce anything. Opponents defense doesn’t matter it’s gg
In terms of cross verse battles genjutsu actually works since it affects the 5 senses regardless of whether someone has chakra or not as kaguya was the only one with chakra on earth and yet was still able to cast infinite tsukiyomi so technically Taiyuya's genjutsu would work (I forgot how to spell her name)

Great video though I do believe it should take into account kinda like Death Battle to play on even grounds where they should be able to see or detect stands whether it be through malevolent energy or how chakra sensory works. Especially given how certain abilities work in Naruto like genjutsu and saying “it doesn’t work because they don’t have chakra” where as a lot of characters in Naruto do NOT possess high levels of chakra. And as a big Naruto enjoyer chakra is essentially the magic system in Naruto and also a functions as something similar to the “force” in Star Wars, it’s everywhere and in everything. Stands also function as their own magic system and are tied to the stand users life force essentially if the stand dies the user dies just like if you’re out of chakra, they also die.

About emperor's bullets and avdol, taking into consideration that an armored silver chariot could intercept a beam of light mid movement and that he needed to remove the armor to try and parry emperor's bullet (at least in the anime i don't know in the manga) i think it's safe to assume that it's also faster than light and faster than the light intercept feat so i don't think that diminishes avdol's scaling in any way
association fallacy. Hol horses emperor was to my knowledge never stated to be just a normal gun, so avdol being heavily damaged doesn't stand as an outlier in his stats. avdol should win pretty easily

it'd certainly be interesting because post timeskip, OP characters tend to have c or ftl feats more commonly and haki almost certainly would allow someone to both perceive and interact with stands. Only problem is that OP characters have way WAY higher AP feats as JJBA reasonably(no good fiction should have fucking planet or continent level feats, that's just silly) has very grounded AP

I think with these differences caricatures form different verses you need verse equalization so them not doing able to see stands would go away and some of there attacks that effect someone’s chakra like the fluid thing would work overall I would still have the winners be the same because speed but you need to have the power systems and how they effect caricatures be the same
To be fair to Kakyoin, Hierophant was capable of blocking a full-force punch from The World with its bare arms, even if it made him bleed. He's most certainly not *as* strong as the others, but he's gotta be in the same ballpark, even in terms pf physicality. We unfortunately don't see much in terms of physical feats from Hierophant, but it was willing to go hand-to-hand against High Priestess and its tendrils were fast enough to catch Tower of Gray and rip it to shreds, so it shouldn't be significantly below the rest of the cast. Plus, even if Kinumaru has the AP/durability advantage, Kakyoin has a considerable advantage in hax thanks to puppetry and internal damage, which he'd be quick to use if he realizes physical attacks are useless.
He definitely beast sasuke in my opinion he doesn’t have the regeneration that naruto does and even then jotaro just needs to time stop and crush naruto head star plautnuim is light speed so naruto levels of speed

The problem is that non-stand users cannot perceive stands, and cannot interact with stands, with a few exceptions. So the Sound 4/Kimmimaro cannot... uh... do anything against stands. They can't see Star Platinum throwing a punch. MAYBE Sasuke can see them with his Sharingan. But that's about it. Also dosen't Jotaro just timestop at the first of the fight; before Sasuke awakens his 3rd tome [he does it IN the fight] and oneshot Sauske? Same with Kimmimaro. He just gets timestop punched before he can prep bones.

Jotaro could time stop everyone but jonin level ninjas are supposed to have enough tactical acumen to deduce how Star Platinum works if he spans time stop too much. Great video, but I feel that you use speed scales in an overly simplified way, like sound speed was in any way near light speed, so for next videos remember: Sound speed (Mach 1) = 343 meters per second Light Speed = 299.792.458 meters per second They are veeeeeeery different. Also, the light speed scale only starts been a thing in the pre ninja war arc, and there are like at max 10 people til the end o Naruto shippuden that are possibly LS level, and I say possibly because i've already seen people making calculations and saying that some of this 10 didn't achieve this level With that we can assume that Polnareff, Avdol and obviously Jotaro stands (and only stands, because none human made by Araki have motion speed even near to Mach 2) have a enormous advantage of speed. I just got done with rereading OG naruto and tayuya was way more dangerous with genjustsu than the chakra snakes. Idk how its even a debate that people with little to no chakra are unaffected by genjutsu, we see people without chakra get effected by genjutsu in the OG naruto during the chunin exams, all the non ninjas and nobles of the land of fire and wind who are there specifically to see what the ninjas they might hire are capable of. One of the biggest things lost from early Naruto is just how important the missions are to the livelihood of the village, the finals of the Chunin exam is literally just an exhibition to show the customer which village is the best to hire. Not to mention if chakra is the defining thing in if genjutsu works than why don't Lee and Guy have any natural resistance to it?(before anyone says it, guy has no resistance to genjutsu, he just trained himself to avoid it by staring at his opponents feet) Both of them can barely even use chakra without using a technique that can kill them if they go to far with it. So if anything less charka should mean your less susceptible to genjustsu, which has just never been the case. The stardust crusaders have no clue how genjutsu even works, so I don't get how polnerefff wouldn't be effected by it. That being said, Polnereff in no way would ever lose to her, he would just get cut up and tossed around a bit by her summons, but eventually realize that he has to be in agony to break the weird illusions. Tayuya just doesnt have any way of hurting him enough to win, Polnereff can literally survive being cut in half and tayuya isn't even getting close to that far. If anything I give META props for even attempting to even scale jojo to naruto at all, both series have fucked scaling ,but JoJo's scaling is just outright fucked all around. Your comparing a serious series with a confused plot and powers which has made questionable plot choices just to set up a big bad guy for the next stage of the series, to a now 9 part series mostly about Giga Chads beating the shit out of other Chads with punch ghost.
To just cut to the chase everybody in naruto has a chakra network some are able to use it and others not so much, the thing is tho there biological born with it the SC crew are not. Even rock lee a man who is implied to have no chakra/can’t use it can still walk on water which requires chakra control. The contention about genjutsu is pretty silly because it can be broken down very clearly without at all breaking the canon: Sharingan genjutsu is not the same as regular genjutsu cast with hand signals and such. Jiraiya makes this statement having knowledge of genjutsu but 0 knowledge of genjutsu. The tailed beast and sage creature summons dont have chakra networks but they’re only ever caught in SHARINGAN genjutsu. Furthermore the Sharingan is a devolution of the rinnegon an alien eye meant to defeat people who don’t necessarily have chakra so it wouldn’t make sense if these aliens only had powers that work on each other. That being said, Tayuya doesnt have a Sharingan so yeah her genjutsu just fails
well, stands are some kind of psychic ghost energy thing so i'd argue anyone who can interact with psychic ghost stuff can probably interact with stands too but i dunno exactly how many Naruto characters count for that
You forgot that Joseph is also very intelligent and capable of planning on strategies to get around his opponents advantages. Joseph is also insanely lucky, to the point I’m convinced it’s one of his abilities. Jirobo would have the raw power and durability advantage but that hardly matters when his opponent is fully capable of both running circles around him and setting up Shikamaru-tier traps.
One thing to note is that chakra is not physical energy, it is the mixture of one's physical and spiritual energy. And also there has been many times shown that "the victim must have chakra" is kind of a fallacy. Now I'm not sure if that's only true for ocular Genjutsu, but chakra is not required in the opponent. And it is kinda contentious to say that the stand would automatically know what to do against Genjutsu in an interverse battle like this. Going to the Sasuke fight, a pre land of waves Sasuke was able to vapourise a crator on the ground, and (source from Seth) it has been calced to have the energy output enough to level a city. His Immature Sharingan at that time was able to track/percieve Haku to some extent which is tracking LS movements. Sasuke from here till Valley if the end gets a day and night difference in his. And the biggest disadvantage that Jotaro has is that, the area is literally water, and he can't really stand in water and his stand has, well poor range. Even if you five arguments to possibly increase that, a fatigued Jotaro, who will be needing to fight from the land (even if he tried going in, he'll get in a disadvantage), I think Sasuke has the edge here.

stands are 100% a spirit based power as seen when stand users can see ghosts and stands are a spirit based power. We also know over use of a stand takes a toll on the users physical energy. Chakra is spirit energy and physical energy mixed. So every point of reference on the stardust crusaders not being effected because they dont have chakra is a fallacy and almost deceptive in nature.
Impossible mismatch, everyone is getting merked in the whole arc with no effort. Star Platinum and Silver Chariot are both light speed on top of having a time stop. Naruto characters have shown consistent weakness to blades too so honestly Polnareff alone could do this solo, the rest of the crusaders aren't even needed.
Sharingan genjutsu works on ppl without chakra as we’ve seen sage creatures get put under genjutsu who don’t have chakra and can’t be broken out by using self pain.

Physical energy isn't chakra. Chakra is made in Naruto by weaving physical energy with mental energy. Physical energy is the one used for taijutsu, so martial arts, so it's basically IRL physical energy. Tayuya's summons are able to suck out physical energy from whomever they touch, nothing suggests they need a chakra network

Okay so I screwed up in my first comment but for my personal opinion of fights (after remembering everything): Jirobo might get jumped after opening with Earth Dome as Jotaro can punch through it an the Crusaders can kick his ass but in a 1v1 Iggy is the most likely opponent to face him given his unassuming looks and Earth-based stand. Kidomaru is either fighting Joseph, Avdol, or Kakyoin. Joseph could easily do the same thing Neji did with the Spider threads by sending Hamon up them and finish Kidomaru off quickly so he is an easy pick. Tayuya is easily Kakyoin. His ability to infiltrate people’s bodies, can cut himself to break the Genjutsu, he is typically a very tactical person, perfect for the job. Sakon/Ukon gets interesting as this leaves two people to fight Kimmimaru and Sasuke, and Joseph who is an easy counter with his ability to negate their biological manipulation Hamon is already fighting Kidomaru. I would assume Polnareff to fight them as he is kind of similar to Kiba but aside from that I got nothing. Kimmimaru would start off with Jotaro just as it originally started with Naruto , with the fight then being left to Avdol where this fight gets brutal for Avdol, though given any one of the other Crusaders may win their fights (most likely to do so quickly is Kakyoin) he may get assistance. Sasuke is clearly a Jotaro fight as he is the Naruto stand-in here. Also that Naruto feat is debatably not even light speed as it is stated SEVERAL TIMES that Haku is holding back MASSIVELY and he is clearly starting to run low on stamina. It’s definitely relativistic, however most likely not LS. Also also Sharingan users most likely cannot see Stands as they are spiritual however Rinnegan users definitely could as they clearly interact with souls and can interact with the Astral Plane.

Honestly Joseph would have to rely heavily on Hermit Purple since Hamon isn't effective against beings who aren't weak to the sun. Unless you're a vampire, a pillar person or a Minecraft mob then Hamon isn't really gonna be all that helpful.

If I had to say something on the “fought kimimaru” thing I’d say they probably ALL fought him as a team exercise, but I sincerely doubt they actually scale to him to any significant degree (especially since tayuya was extremely shook when he showed up, soooooo… yeah it’s probably “everyone fought him and probably lost badly”

The reason Avdol got shot in the head was because he was being stabbed in the back by Hanged Man. He fully intended to MELT The Emperor's bullet in mid-air, and he probably could've done it too considering The Emperor is no different from any Gun aside from it's ability to control the direction of the Stand Bullets.

The Sharingan doesn’t see invisible people. It also doesn’t allow the user to see the chakra network, it can only perceive chakra and it’s flow. So when Obito is able to react to and stab that invisible Stone Village ninja, it’s because he can see him as a mass of chakra.
Would Sasuke's Rinnegan be able to see stands? He could at least see Madara's Limbo clones who've been stated to exist in a different dimension, so would he be able to see stands? Same kind of argument for Naruto. Even though he wouldn't be able to see stands, he could sense them like he did with Madara's Limbo clones while in 6PSM.

I feel like a lot of people forget that there used to be people without chakra in Naruto. So while certain things like Itachi's genjutsu could work because it injects chakra into them, anything that relies on disrupting someone elses chakra wouldn't. Its not like no one existed before Kaguya so the crusaders absolutely could avoid abilities that specifically target peoples chakra, even if stands are technically a type of life energy
That isn’t how the MS works, that “injects chakra” statement means that you don’t have to look into itachis eyes for the genjutsu to work he just needs to look into yours, like your gazes don’t have to meet with the MS but with base sharingan the do

When guy enters the battlefield he’s able to keep his eyes open but isn’t caught into Tsukuyomi because he wasn’t looking at Itachi in the eyes.
Tsukuyomi can only work if you make eye contact with the target. If all Itachi needed to do was just stare at the eyes of someone to trap them in the genjutsu then Guy, Kurenai, and Asuma would have been hospitalized with Kakashi the moment they opened their eyes.

@@cethsui I didn't say that's how all MS abilities work, just that specifically with Tsukiyomi it's different. That's part of what makes it so dangerous is that it transports the victim into a sort of mental pocket dimension that Itachi controls, in his light novels it states he has utter and complete control through the genjutsu and that it's so powerful the brain will essentially manifest what happens to you in it. That's how he killed his girlfriend back in the Uchiha massacre, I don't believe it mentions needing to disrupt someone else's chakra network to work unlike say kotoamatsukami or ephemeral

I like the idea of Joseph being the one to fight Sakon and Ukon. He'd be like "not another parasite in my body!" but it's extremely unfair as with hamon he could potentially expell them from his body, etc. via the body modification and so on

The story could be that a secret stand user Dio hired has a stand that is basically a reverse Bohemian Rhapsody, and he teleports the SC group into Naruto in the start of that arc.

An idea I’ve had for this is the Joestar bloodline vs One Piece where each main Joestar replaces one member on the Strawhats like Jonathan replaces Luffy
Joseph replaces Nami
Jotaro replaces Zoro and so on and so forth
And each time a new member joins they get replaced by the next protagonist of each part until Jodio replaces the 9th Strawhat member and stop after that

Jonathan definitely beats the shit out of everyone up til eneru. He could still have some problems with crocodile but if he is smart enough he could beat crocodile. I think you seriously downplayed the crippling weakness that is the Naruto-Verse not being able to see Stands. That is basically an insta-lose for all of them.
-Avdol can melt steel out of the air, he can disintegrate Sakon and Ukkon literally before they know what hit them. They don't get to summon their barrier because they don't see Magician's Red.
-Once Polnareff realizes Tayuya can't see his stand, he shoots his Saber's blade at her head and wins. No contest.
-If Kakyoin doesn't play around and wants to make his fight quick, he 20 meter radius ES's immediately and wins. How can Kidomaro fight back against something hitting him from every angle and that he can't even see?
-Joseph is both too fast and too smart to lose to Jirobo. He can't one shot, but he doesn't draw in a million years. What intelligence feats does Jirobo even have?
-Kimimaro vs Jotaro is actually pretty interesting, since unless Jotaro goes for a one-shot (which I'd argue he could do against him) Kimimaro could erect a spiky layer of bones around his body to stop Star Plat from attacking him (Jotaro admits to struggling with swords against Anubis Polnareff). It's one of the only interesting fights assuming no Rage Boosted Jotaro.
-Assuming Iggy's Sand is visible, Iggy vs Kimimaro would likely come down to Iggy realizing Kimimaro is going to die soon and just playing keep away until he does. Iggy can fly, but Kimimaro can shoot bone projectiles at him, but Iggy can hide in the forest and just camp him out that way using cover.

As far as I'm aware, stands are a soul based thing like ghosts and I don't think byakugun can see ghosts or the soul, at least the basic one. Otsuski is another matter.
Good video, but I think this would be a lot more fair with a caveat that allows the Crusaders to be capable of being hit by all of the Sound 4's abilities. Like, maybe the Sound 4's abilities interfere with the opponent's fighting spirit, since the fighting spirit is part of what powers Stands in JoJo. It would make Jirobo's chakra sucking barrier and Tayuya's genjutsu more effective. Also, it would probably be better if the Sound 4 could see Stands, as it would make for more interesting conflicts and makes some fights less one-sided.
Also I feel like some of the matchups werent that great. The ones you picked were fine but if I had to pick it would be:
Avdol vs. Jirobo - He would be the first to put his life on the line for everyone else's progression provided Polnareff doesnt get pissed off
Kakyoin vs. Kidomaru - makes sense, two long range tactician fighters
Joseph vs. Tayuya - Joseph could easily play a similar passive role that Shikamaru did in the fight, has a similar ability and battle IQ, and unique abilities of his own to potentially counter genjutsu(? not sure if hamon can directly interfere with brain function beyond physical ability and heightened perception).
Polnareff (and Iggy?) vs. Sakon and Ukon - a perfect mirror to Kiba and Akamaru except Iggy would be more independent. Polnareff is also honestly too fast and strong to combat anyone below Sakon and Ukon, as it would kind of be a wash otherwise.
Jotaro vs. Kimimaro makes sense and continues the narrative idea, though I think giving Jotaro time stop here makes it way too much of a wash. Add Iggy in and Kimimaro has no chance.
Jotaro vs. Sasuke still makes sense and at this point Time Stop is probably a bit more fair, all considering.
Replace the stardust crusaders with DIO and I see it being worse for the enemy. Purely because with most fights with Jotaro he holds back alot and DIO doesn't play around if your not a Jojo. With 10 second time stop that he showed he can basically spammed he could insta kill most of them and make it a more brutal figjt for the rest.
Prediction before watching the video: the crusaders should take this easy. Tbh I’m not even sure how this could be a challenge. Maybe if you included Kimmimaro. But I think every crusader except Joseph solos the Sound 4.
I guess in term of Sharingan 3-tomoe Sasuke can't see Star Platinum, but can predict its movements by tracking micromovements of Jotaro.

This might be late but this is quite interesting take, I wonder if that's possible to track the movement of that person in order to predict an invisible light speed attack cuz the attack should have a wide up
The problem is that Sasuke still wouldn't even know what a Stand is to begin with. He knows he's getting hit by SOMETHING, and maybe he could track Jotaro's eye movements to try and predict where the impact will be aimed, but by the time he figures even that much out, he's probably had all the teeth knocked out of his mouth. Also, time stop.

I feel like while ninjas wouldn't be able to see or interact with stands they could still sense stands and maybe even high grade ninjas like Sasuke Cursed Mark 2 could get a rough shape of them
I always wondered if anyone from Naruto could actually see stands. Thinking about it for a while, I’m thinking Neji or literally anybody from the Huga klan might be able to see stands. Think about it. Neji is supposed to be a genius right? In the first few seconds into a fight with a stand user, he’s gonna know something’s wrong. He knows there’s something there that he can’t see, which will frustrate him at first because the Biakugan is supposed to let him see everything. He’ll probably take a couple hits from the enemy stand user(maybe some random DIO henchman or whatever) and then he notices patterns after the fact. And at that moment he has an idea. “I don’t need to see it, I just need to see everything else around it!” So he adjusts his Biakugan to focus on the airborne air particles being kicked up throughout the fight, and use that like sonar. Finally Neji sees it. An empty void right next to the enemy in the shape of a man getting ready to attack.
That's...actually genius.

What makes fighting a stand so suspenseful is not knowing how they work at first, but once you figure out what they can/can’t do the user gets beaten down so hard that they wanna die. Neji ain’t no slouch, and neither are the rest of the characters. Once they get their bearings it’s an even right.

In terms of cross verse battles genjutsu actually works since it affects the 5 senses regardless of whether someone has chakra or not as kaguya was the only one with chakra on earth and yet was still able to cast infinite tsukiyomi so technically Taiyuya's genjutsu would work (I forgot how to spell her name)

Great video though I do believe it should take into account kinda like Death Battle to play on even grounds where they should be able to see or detect stands whether it be through malevolent energy or how chakra sensory works. Especially given how certain abilities work in Naruto like genjutsu and saying “it doesn’t work because they don’t have chakra” where as a lot of characters in Naruto do NOT possess high levels of chakra. And as a big Naruto enjoyer chakra is essentially the magic system in Naruto and also a functions as something similar to the “force” in Star Wars, it’s everywhere and in everything. Stands also function as their own magic system and are tied to the stand users life force essentially if the stand dies the user dies just like if you’re out of chakra, they also die.
there *is* a difference between "does not have high levels of X" and "does not have X at all" especially when some of the powers directly affect people who aren't able to control their X

About emperor's bullets and avdol, taking into consideration that an armored silver chariot could intercept a beam of light mid movement and that he needed to remove the armor to try and parry emperor's bullet (at least in the anime i don't know in the manga) i think it's safe to assume that it's also faster than light and faster than the light intercept feat so i don't think that diminishes avdol's scaling in any way
He also took a hit from the hanged man at the same time which also messed up his reaction

association fallacy. Hol horses emperor was to my knowledge never stated to be just a normal gun, so avdol being heavily damaged doesn't stand as an outlier in his stats. avdol should win pretty easily

it'd certainly be interesting because post timeskip, OP characters tend to have c or ftl feats more commonly and haki almost certainly would allow someone to both perceive and interact with stands. Only problem is that OP characters have way WAY higher AP feats as JJBA reasonably(no good fiction should have fucking planet or continent level feats, that's just silly) has very grounded AP

I think with these differences caricatures form different verses you need verse equalization so them not doing able to see stands would go away and some of there attacks that effect someone’s chakra like the fluid thing would work overall I would still have the winners be the same because speed but you need to have the power systems and how they effect caricatures be the same

To be fair to Kakyoin, Hierophant was capable of blocking a full-force punch from The World with its bare arms, even if it made him bleed. He's most certainly not *as* strong as the others, but he's gotta be in the same ballpark, even in terms pf physicality. We unfortunately don't see much in terms of physical feats from Hierophant, but it was willing to go hand-to-hand against High Priestess and its tendrils were fast enough to catch Tower of Gray and rip it to shreds, so it shouldn't be significantly below the rest of the cast. Plus, even if Kinumaru has the AP/durability advantage, Kakyoin has a considerable advantage in hax thanks to puppetry and internal damage, which he'd be quick to use if he realizes physical attacks are useless.
I find it funny that despite people believing jotaro beats adult naruto and sasuke (for some reason 🤷) this battle is using kids in og naruto 😂

@@machina5It's actually debatable . Jotaro does have hacks and feats to beat them . Specially because they have no counter to time stop , they can't see or sense SP , they can't hurt or block also Jotaro have experience fighting faster than light opponents .
The problem is that non-stand users cannot perceive stands, and cannot interact with stands, with a few exceptions.
So the Sound 4/Kimmimaro cannot... uh... do anything against stands. They can't see Star Platinum throwing a punch.
MAYBE Sasuke can see them with his Sharingan. But that's about it.
Also dosen't Jotaro just timestop at the first of the fight; before Sasuke awakens his 3rd tome [he does it IN the fight] and oneshot Sauske? Same with Kimmimaro. He just gets timestop punched before he can prep bones.

Jotaro could time stop everyone but jonin level ninjas are supposed to have enough tactical acumen to deduce how Star Platinum works if he spans time stop too much. Also there's the fact that time stop is slowly killing Jotaro since he isn't a vampire.

Great video, but I feel that you use speed scales in an overly simplified way, like sound speed was in any way near light speed, so for next videos remember:
Sound speed (Mach 1) = 343 meters per second
Light Speed = 299.792.458 meters per second
They are veeeeeeery different.
Also, the light speed scale only starts been a thing in the pre ninja war arc, and there are like at max 10 people til the end o Naruto shippuden that are possibly LS level, and I say possibly because i've already seen people making calculations and saying that some of this 10 didn't achieve this level
With that we can assume that Polnareff, Avdol and obviously Jotaro stands (and only stands, because none human made by Araki have motion speed even near to Mach 2) have a enormous advantage of speed.

I just got done with rereading OG naruto and tayuya was way more dangerous with genjustsu than the chakra snakes. Idk how its even a debate that people with little to no chakra are unaffected by genjutsu, we see people without chakra get effected by genjutsu in the OG naruto during the chunin exams, all the non ninjas and nobles of the land of fire and wind who are there specifically to see what the ninjas they might hire are capable of. One of the biggest things lost from early Naruto is just how important the missions are to the livelihood of the village, the finals of the Chunin exam is literally just an exhibition to show the customer which village is the best to hire. Not to mention if chakra is the defining thing in if genjutsu works than why don't Lee and Guy have any natural resistance to it?(before anyone says it, guy has no resistance to genjutsu, he just trained himself to avoid it by staring at his opponents feet) Both of them can barely even use chakra without using a technique that can kill them if they go to far with it. So if anything less charka should mean your less susceptible to genjustsu, which has just never been the case. The stardust crusaders have no clue how genjutsu even works, so I don't get how polnerefff wouldn't be effected by it. That being said, Polnereff in no way would ever lose to her, he would just get cut up and tossed around a bit by her summons, but eventually realize that he has to be in agony to break the weird illusions. Tayuya just doesnt have any way of hurting him enough to win, Polnereff can literally survive being cut in half and tayuya isn't even getting close to that far. If anything I give META props for even attempting to even scale jojo to naruto at all, both series have fucked scaling ,but JoJo's scaling is just outright fucked all around. Your comparing a serious series with a confused plot and powers which has made questionable plot choices just to set up a big bad guy for the next stage of the series, to a now 9 part series mostly about Giga Chads beating the shit out of other Chads with punch ghost.
To just cut to the chase everybody in naruto has a chakra network some are able to use it and others not so much, the thing is tho there biological born with it the SC crew are not. Even rock lee a man who is implied to have no chakra/can’t use it can still walk on water which requires chakra control.

This would be more interesting if the crusaders had chakra and the stand could be interacted with, to even the hacks, because an invisible person that can destroy an opponent is quite broken

The contention about genjutsu is pretty silly because it can be broken down very clearly without at all breaking the canon: Sharingan genjutsu is not the same as regular genjutsu cast with hand signals and such. Jiraiya makes this statement having knowledge of genjutsu but 0 knowledge of genjutsu. The tailed beast and sage creature summons dont have chakra networks but they’re only ever caught in SHARINGAN genjutsu. Furthermore the Sharingan is a devolution of the rinnegon an alien eye meant to defeat people who don’t necessarily have chakra so it wouldn’t make sense if these aliens only had powers that work on each other. That being said, Tayuya doesnt have a Sharingan so yeah her genjutsu just fails

You forgot that Joseph is also very intelligent and capable of planning on strategies to get around his opponents advantages. Joseph is also insanely lucky, to the point I’m convinced it’s one of his abilities. Jirobo would have the raw power and durability advantage but that hardly matters when his opponent is fully capable of both running circles around him and setting up Shikamaru-tier traps.
One thing to note is that chakra is not physical energy, it is the mixture of one's physical and spiritual energy.
And also there has been many times shown that "the victim must have chakra" is kind of a fallacy. Now I'm not sure if that's only true for ocular Genjutsu, but chakra is not required in the opponent.
And it is kinda contentious to say that the stand would automatically know what to do against Genjutsu in an interverse battle like this.
Going to the Sasuke fight, a pre land of waves Sasuke was able to vapourise a crator on the ground, and (source from Seth) it has been calced to have the energy output enough to level a city.
His Immature Sharingan at that time was able to track/percieve Haku to some extent which is tracking LS movements.
Sasuke from here till Valley if the end gets a day and night difference in his.
And the biggest disadvantage that Jotaro has is that, the area is literally water, and he can't really stand in water and his stand has, well poor range. Even if you five arguments to possibly increase that, a fatigued Jotaro, who will be needing to fight from the land (even if he tried going in, he'll get in a disadvantage), I think Sasuke has the edge here.

stands are 100% a spirit based power as seen when stand users can see ghosts and stands are a spirit based power. We also know over use of a stand takes a toll on the users physical energy. Chakra is spirit energy and physical energy mixed. So every point of reference on the stardust crusaders not being effected because they dont have chakra is a fallacy and almost deceptive in nature.
Impossible mismatch, everyone is getting merked in the whole arc with no effort.
Star Platinum and Silver Chariot are both light speed on top of having a time stop. Naruto characters have shown consistent weakness to blades too so honestly Polnareff alone could do this solo, the rest of the crusaders aren't even needed.
Sharingan genjutsu works on ppl without chakra as we’ve seen sage creatures get put under genjutsu who don’t have chakra and can’t be broken out by using self pain.

Physical energy isn't chakra. Chakra is made in Naruto by weaving physical energy with mental energy. Physical energy is the one used for taijutsu, so martial arts, so it's basically IRL physical energy.
Tayuya's summons are able to suck out physical energy from whomever they touch, nothing suggests they need a chakra network

Okay so I screwed up in my first comment but for my personal opinion of fights (after remembering everything):
Jirobo might get jumped after opening with Earth Dome as Jotaro can punch through it an the Crusaders can kick his ass but in a 1v1 Iggy is the most likely opponent to face him given his unassuming looks and Earth-based stand.
Kidomaru is either fighting Joseph, Avdol, or Kakyoin. Joseph could easily do the same thing Neji did with the Spider threads by sending Hamon up them and finish Kidomaru off quickly so he is an easy pick.
Tayuya is easily Kakyoin. His ability to infiltrate people’s bodies, can cut himself to break the Genjutsu, he is typically a very tactical person, perfect for the job.
Sakon/Ukon gets interesting as this leaves two people to fight Kimmimaru and Sasuke, and Joseph who is an easy counter with his ability to negate their biological manipulation Hamon is already fighting Kidomaru. I would assume Polnareff to fight them as he is kind of similar to Kiba but aside from that I got nothing.
Kimmimaru would start off with Jotaro just as it originally started with Naruto , with the fight then being left to Avdol where this fight gets brutal for Avdol, though given any one of the other Crusaders may win their fights (most likely to do so quickly is Kakyoin) he may get assistance.
Sasuke is clearly a Jotaro fight as he is the Naruto stand-in here.
Also that Naruto feat is debatably not even light speed as it is stated SEVERAL TIMES that Haku is holding back MASSIVELY and he is clearly starting to run low on stamina. It’s definitely relativistic, however most likely not LS.
Also also Sharingan users most likely cannot see Stands as they are spiritual however Rinnegan users definitely could as they clearly interact with souls and can interact with the Astral Plane.

Honestly Joseph would have to rely heavily on Hermit Purple since Hamon isn't effective against beings who aren't weak to the sun. Unless you're a vampire, a pillar person or a Minecraft mob then Hamon isn't really gonna be all that helpful.

Theres also a part in the manga where Sasuke completely dodges zaku’s attacks which was at the speed of sound at mere genin level since this was at the time where it was at the chunin exams arc+ when he had two eyed sharingan we can see sasuke with 3 being at light speed level possibly more theres an part in the manga where sasuke runs so fast gaara couldn’t see him he also was keeping up with 1-tailed cloak gaara (for awhile) of course Jotaro has time stop which is his biggest hax here and his reaction timing is great but star platinum can only punch at the speed of light not run at the speed of light
