I’ve found ATG split squats to not only be an effective tool for ankle mobility, but also easy to implement and understand Best of all, performing long pause split squat sets is amazing for leg development, in addition to increasing your ankle mobility. You can never be too good at split squats If using split squats to increase ankle mobility before leg day, I recommend this protocol: 3-4 sets of 5 reps, pausing for 5-10 second sets. Use an elevation that does not challenge your back leg’s hip flexor If very locked up, floss ankle with 70-80% tightness between each set for 10 reps up and down, 10 circles, 10 counter clockwise circles. You can even go into bodyweight split squats with the floss on and get 10 pulses in. There is really no wrong way to floss
Bro, can you do long video in what you can show every possible movement for different needs and different bodyparts. It can help alot for me and other viewers to integrate exercises we need into our programs
Absolutely! For now though, please feel free to check out my 200+ FREE exercise library I host on my Skool community. It covers all exercises from neck to foot, and from a beginners level, so you have everything in one place. It's getting packed but I even try to answer all questions there! Just a few clicks, hope to see you there man
Why did you delete your training videos week by week??? It was more structured and very interesting and unique! You were the only one doing it 😢. Tips on how to do each exercise i guess all the trainers and coach does this 😢.
Glad to help! Please feel free to check out my free Skool community that has 200+ exercises, from neck to foot, shown from a beginners level for each! I've linked it in my profiles bio on RUclips, and its just a few clicks to sign up
i’ve been practicing kneel over toe which i believe is the AKG stretch? i do the pigeon and i’ve been incorporating some band work that i learned from Squat Uni . Am I able to share a video of my squat form ? If you were to implement this style of help in ur videos (people send you form and list the pain accompanied) you’d blow up ! however , i understand how may not wanna do this because it is free labor but it may also bring along publicity
Hey i get pain in my calves when i do full knee bend and have my hamstring touching my calves, Like in a split squat or pendulum squat. Whats causing it? Would you be able to make a video on it
Pain is generally just too much too soon. make sure to train other movements like back extension and hamstring curl! You may want to dial back full knee bend to a level that you can do pain free
look for cleats that have a wide toe box! But other than that, it's okay to wear the cleats you need to for sports. What really matters is the daily driver shoe you wear
hey man, love your videos. i had a question. when should you incorporate ankle exercises? before or after your main workout or would you have a whole seperate session dedicated to the ankles or feet?

where do i get some of the rubber wrapping for flossing? link?
Bro's squats are heavier than Platz's🔥
Lol not even close. Platz would go for 15-20+ reps with that weight.
^True 😂 if I could be 50% of my Platz id be happy
My issue, my big toe can’t sustain the weight on the back. Hurt it through sports not sure how to get it fully healed. Any alternatives to doing this?
dude barely flexes his hips for squatting, thats ALL ankles. pretty much all due to genetics
Your most common question is how do I increase ankle mobility…hmmm
