Hi - I like your content and the background noise makes me relax like when you’re in an office waiting for someone…. But, if you could find a way to turn the background down a little bit and turn the shoe shining up a little by focusing your microphones that would be awesome. Glad I found you😊

I cannot and will not tell a lie; I was sound asleep when the sudden LOUD noises from this video awakened me. I understand the location, especially being from a major city, but you need your own shop without the people in the background, or use a microphone that can completely block out all that external noise. I wish you luck; but this here is a no bueno.
