CHANGE of plans... AGAIN!. mk4 ford fiesta

My plan was to mot this car and them paint it but my plans changed so im painting it next week.

Great work Mike I’m pleased you’ve taken this way forward that car was definitely worth saving it’ll be back to its former beauty when you’ve squirted a new coat on her .. really looking forward to the next vid fingers crossed hope everything goes to plan mate 🤞👍my old red streetka ( Kylie ) has a bit of lacquer peel so I’m gonna paint it when it warms up to ! First time for me never done it before so I’m learning watching what’s going on lol )

Watch loads of videos on painting cars. Probably the most important thing is the pressure in the gun. Prep work is obviously important. I saw a video not long ago I think it was paint society that said its only paint work don't worry and I think that's a great idea. Runs and orange peel can all be sorted out afterwards but bad prep will always show through.

great video. I was offered a cheap mk4 MOT faliure, but sills are rotten on both sides underneath but I have no idea what that'll cost at the garage to sort?

Changing the sills is not too much of a problem it's probably what's behind them that can make the price go up. Good luck with it if you do get it
