Sosi, this is wonderful. There isn't an Armenian alive who doesn't love this soup. I have a question: Have you made it with gor gord (barley)? My sister in law always made it with that. Also, do you have a video for your kufte? I make Kharpet kufte but I'm sure yours may be different.

Are the kyuftas fries before? Or just add them directly to the soup
You can add them directly the soup. If eating a la carte I recommend frying or baking.
Interesting take on Madzoonov Aboor. We make it with Lebni, no eggs, but with Chicken Bullion.
