- Visiting Teppanyaki Sangamori in Fukuoka (Japan) to have dinner, including Hakata Wagyu sirloin steak of 200g, roasted rice topped with sea urchin, shrimps and garlic rice.
First time I’ve heard him talk to the chef. Chef was cool guy and knows his tools well.
You can tell this chef is very talented! The way he moves his tools shows he’s experienced ever possible outcome of movements. Very efficient!
Yes, he was a real pleasure to watch!
Pfffffttt. i'm guessing you are that chef.
chef is really skilled
even the way he cleans the grill is like a dance move
economy of motion, attention to detail, precision, focus, control, aesthetic refinement
アデンさん、博多にこんなに洗練されたお店があるとは知りませんでした。
新しい世界に連れていってくれて、ありがとうございます。
В очередной раз убеждаюсь, что кухня - это искусство! Спасибо автору.
Wish I can enjoy my job as much as this chef...
È sempre un piacere vedere i tuoi video gastronomici in giro per il mondo. Saluti da Ischia.
my OCD is very appreciative of this chef.
福岡や九州では、ラーメンが食べたくなる。
この焼いてくれてる方は、日本食から、鉄板焼きに来た人に感じる。
Always great videos 👏👏
Wonderful looking meal. And the Chef certainly knows what he’s doing.
Thanks for sharing.
I'am so glad your back! Missed this show tremendously!!
Man, this is a major *relief* after watching the Korean and *NYC* teppan chefs...🤭🤭🤭
일본의 철판구이는 아덴필름이지 최고야
어디서도 못 따라가는 감성!!
that’s the cleanest cooker I’ve seen…wonder how they clean it
Chemicals.
Keep it clean everytime after you use it and it will stay like this more or less
They clean all the restaurant with this black towl
This chef is truly skilled
I wanna travel to fukoka
Relajante!
Nice looked real tasty.
Beautiful and masterful to watch. Thank you Aden.
Ah yes, another great video as I eat my cold chicken noodle soup.
Sweet to watch 👍
Living vicariously through you. 🗾
Got to love the Japanese sliding doors with more holes in them than swiss cheese!
How talented! 👌 Thank you for sharing your video ▶️✅
The best part is that all the nutrition in this video can be had for less than $5.
@@BlainFlorist The guy's on-point though, doing his job.
The point is for it to be an experience
yeah, if you eat to live
its like saying the best part about the difference between these two cars is you can just buy the cheaper one and it'll do the same thing
It's soylent green for you from here on out, buddy.
Next time I'm in Fukuoka - I'll give this place a try! (Likely this winter.)
Ok... I must say this... As aalmost 30y. veteran in restaurant service I'e never see this clean gridron. Even the waste slot has no any "shit" on it. Either the Gridron is quite new or the head chef is running it tight.
Lovely 👍
This is interesting! This teppanyaki restaurant is more like a Japanese cooking style.
The ingredients and techniques used are similar to Japanese food, so it must have been a fresh experience for Aden.
Well yeah.. its a restaurant located in Japan mate.
I feel like the shrimp dish was more pleasant to see being prepared than to eat. It was just salted shrimp with a bit of lime… the veggies were probably more flavorful
holy SHIT that is one hell of a clean teppanyaki plate
Delicious foods & amazing chef. 😍👍
I'm always amazed how much salt (and pepper some times) they put on these meals, compared to how I season food at home. I'd expect it to taste way too salty. Is some just left behind from the cooking technique?
A great classic for the out 🏠 house watch as I let out a new born NORMA jean molina today she now on her Journey were every that take her safe travels
Awesome chef!!!
Awesome
What was the last bowl/course about? I mean the food that was cooked, was it leftovers?
appears to be a thick miso-shiro (soup) made with red miso (nano-hana leaf added) ~ not sure ~ ('o make' ~ complimentary ~ not on the bill)
5:19 smooth
Hi, just stumbled upon your channel and I love the aesthetics of it. What camera do you use if I may ask?
Has anyone had uni topped with a raw quail egg yolk? It's delicious!
Please explain the differnce of A5 and A4 Wagyu....Oh, wait... I don't care.
Forget the chopsticks, grab the nori with your hands. Wouldn't it be easier to de-vein the shrimp before?
What were the vegetables (mushroom I know but others?) with the steak...🤔
Bamboo shoot, Lotus root, Romanesco broccoli and the white thing I don't know
Thanks, yea the white thing is strange / curious ...
White thing is Japanese Taro potato (Sato-imo).
@@user-ycx4yvxs8q thank you!
@@user-ycx4yvxs8q thanks 🙇🙇🙇
5:46 Prepare for wasabi bomb.
Aren't you supposed to use your hands with the rice, uni, and that large nori and not chop sticks?
لا إله الا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير
I wanna be this guy
End of prawn scenes: 9:50
❤
感覺那個炒飯比牛排好吃XD
it comes as a set or a la carte ?
why does that steak look like someone already took a big bite out of it?
Jfc all the zooming and panning is making me ill, it's like trying to watch him do it through a paper towel roll
Hi. Do you live in Japan ? All of your videos are from Japan.
what is that white thing cooked with the steak?
Seems all teppanyaki is steak and veggies follow up by garlic fried rice. I know all the ingredient is top quality and such
Address?
I feel like that was too much salt for the shrimp
What's the point of cleaning the shrimp guts only to spread the p**p on the grill and roll the shrimp in it anyway?
I was thinking that as well but didn't want to feel like I was insulting the chef because his cooking is very appealing
Why do I feel that Aden Films is more than one person?
looks good but such small portions.... I know that's how they do it in Asian culture compared to our huge portions... but I would be upset to pay that much and get so little.
What country do you live in?
That’s why they have less diabetes and obesity rates
Only thing I don't trust is that wasabi... He should have grated it in front of you. That looks very sketchy.
Medium?????
That appetizer just looks awkward. How do you eat that?
Kina on rice come on
anyone know what kind of mushroom that is?
it looks like a large nameko mushroom to me
This shit..is keto friendly😊
Try Macedonian steak 🇲🇰
Hi 👋
Oh my....look how he moves the meat aroujnd with his spatulas.....clearly he is a world class chef, justifying the outrageous price of the meat.
Just put it on the grill and don’t touch it until it’s time to flip. I don’t need the ‘theatrics’.
Anybody wish to sponsor me for this dish??
Ahhh the unseasoned, undercooked vegetables and a block of fat they call beef. Yummy.
Five Guy's is calling you.
Whahahahaha 😂😂
No Vegans Were Harmed During this this Production...well; Not Physically at least.
Bargain
I still do not understand how people can eat Uni. I mean, I understand it's an acquired taste, but for the life of me I can't understand why a person would want to acquire a taste for "Barnacle Covered Pier Leg". :)
Nothing acquired about Uni. It is delicious!
yep, Uni is one of the few thing that I cant properly enjoy unless its one of the highest grade possible. Anything below that and its extremely fishy
Great video but what a waste of 137 dollars tbh!
Видео прикольное, но как же бесят эти даже не микро, а нанопорции!!!
I don’t know dude. Looks like he missed some of the 💩 in the shrimp.
Thank god he got rid of that renegade rice. I'm all for nonconformity but not in this instance.
The best part of this video is the the rice, thr rest is junk. Come on a mushroom shaped cut meat less than 150 grams?….👆🏿
imagine ordering a wagyu A5...MEDIUM?! IT HURTS MY SOUL!!!!
Less salt please
Wow $180 meal and you still feel hungry after the meal. That's Japanese food for you....bland, small portion, and expensive.
exactly, what a waste of money lol
I'm missing any or other beautiful ladies that occasionally did appear 😄
I think it's not a good one
Too much salt.
Ehh, that steak was medium-medium,,almost medium-well. Never seen them mash the mushroom, could have split it in two and cooked each side better,,than mashing it with the spatula. Looked like it had been stepped on. All the rest looked good.
What a wast of time small food
Why do you care?
Boring food
Looks plain asf
the point of Teppanyaki is to showcase the ingredients, so yea it's plain I have the same problem that's why I don't go to these because I like bold flavors. They do give wasabi salt and garlic chips for the steak but all the veggies wouldn't be for me too bland
@Dead Sky87 I've been to a Teppanyaki myself as well and at least the prawns & everything had sauces with it or in it lol
@@AlmightyFilms RIGHT?! lol yea my firends are like LETS GO GET TEPPAN and I'm like You paying? cuz I ain't paying for bland expensive food let's go get mexican
@@AlmightyFilms sadly this and sushi are the only Japanese food in my area and I don't enjoy either so my opinion on Japanese food is not the greatest so far
В чем прикол жрать сырое мясо ?
