*ORIGINAL VIDEO DESCRIPTION BELOW*
How I passed Step 2 CK as fast as I possibly can.
I did a total of 3 months of prep for Step 2 CK. And these were my main resources:
1. First Month:
1. Amboss Qbank
2. Second Month:
1. Clinical Mastery Series forms (EM, FM, IM, Psych, Neuro, Surg, OBGYN, Peds)
2. NBME forms 6 and 7
3. Third month:
1. NBME forms 9-14
2. Free 120s
3. UWORLD Self Assessments
4. Mehlman Medical audio qbank and pdf - sporadically throughout the 3 months
Lastly, this is my plan now that I’ve finished all the required exams to get ECFMG certified through Pathway 1, some of these I have already accomplished
1. Gather/Prepare all the documents required for ECFMG Certification
2. Submit the application for ECFMG Certification
3. Email connections about research and/or observership opportunities:
1. priority #1 is US Clinical Experience, to get those US LORs
4. Secure some LORs from the Philippines, just in case
5. Write rough drafts for Personal Statements
6. Learn more about programs according
1. score cut-offs
2. IMG-friendliness
3. location
4. areas of research
5. values
7. (Start studying for Step 3) - not included in the video because I’m not sure yet if I’ll start on this now, or if I’ll save it for a bit later throughout the year. I might purchase a UWORLD subscription for this.
Thanks for watching my video and if you’ve stayed with me since the start of my journey, thank you very much for your support. I will post another video addressing some of the mistakes I made during this prep, and what I wish I would have done differently.

This is such a timely video. I'm on the same boat. Finished my Step 1 in February and planning to write Step 2 CK in June. This is reassuring. Thank You for the video
Best of luck to you!! Thank you for watching!
Hey, what is your Step 2 CK score range?
Hi! Thank you for your video, very helpful! Is there anyway you can share your pass tracker template?
Hi that is a very good idea! I can make a shareable one through gsheets. And post the link here. :)

Can you do a video how to prepare for the OET exam thanks in advance
Hi! Sure that sounds like a great idea!
So I filmed a very short and very quick “How I studied for the OET” video, which should be uploaded onto this playlist soon, but in the meantime while it’s uploading and processing, I do talk a little bit about preparing for the OET in another video of mine “So I passed the OET, what’s next” or something like that. I’m sorry if the video isn’t as in depth as the USMLE videos, but it’s really because I didn’t do much to prep for the OET other than sign up to take it, and do their practice exams on their website.
Can I ask your Step 2 score?
Hi, I mentioned this in the video too. I know it's long so it's understandable that people wouldn't have caught it. But I mentioned that I don't want to do a step 2 score reveal for privacy reasons, and because I'm super disappointed in myself for missing my target score range of 255-265. I hope you understand. Thanks for watching!
