I viewed all your reviews for Step 2 and got a 25X, you mentioned almost every concept that was tested. Now I-m reviewing them again before step 3. Excellent material as always!
I watched this video 3 times and everytime I heard the sigh I felt so heartbroken. Can't imaging how much work you did for this video. You're the hero! Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart!
First video I’ve seen on 1x speed in a long time. But seriously thank you for this high yield and packed review. It was the perfect mix of review and nice to know bits

Thank you for this great video. I noticed that developmental milestones have been updated and I got questions wrong on UWORLD going by the old milestones, which is consistent with the content of this video. Do you know which version of milestones that acutal USMLE go by now? I have my STEP3 coming up in a month.
Great video! Just FYI, at 13:06 you it states that pyloric stenosis presents with “bilious” emesis. The emesis is actually non-bilious, as the defect is proximal to the biliary tree.
@ 13:02 pyloric stenosis is nonbilious emesis because it's before the duodenum and the most tested age range is 2-6wks after birth in first born males ◡̈
=) Thank you, I've never been corrected so many times on the same question (check the comments)! RRrr.. learned my lesson. Review everything 100 times before uploading!!!!
@@AJmonics oops, sorry didn't mean to come off wrong! I just saw a bunch of people thanking you for how awesome this video was (seriously ty! for it, lifesaving). I just wanted to put my 2 cents in because i had a lot of pyloric stenosis on my review questions leading up to shelf and in clinical!
Thank you so much Manuel, you are totally right. I rushed to make this video. Three mistakes caught on day one! They are in the commentary to the video

Please make an MSK one! This video series is the actual best and is so so high-yield!!
I made an MSK one, I just never recorded it. I am trying to get to it!
Taking my exam in a few days! Would love to see the MSK Q’s if possible! ❤

these are amazing. But by far my favorite part is the comedy. I'm so intense when I study, then AJ makes it funny again. Legit the best
It is amazing how you make it so fun yet educating at the same time💐

ON Q125 you man mention EBV patients can develop splenic rupture.
Yes, EBV patients are prone to splenic rupture - that's why they can't play contact sports for a year

Im a little bit confused I thought doxycycline is contraindicated in children, but a lot of these answers involve giving kids doxy
We avoid doxy in kids, but in many situations (e.g., rocky mountain SF) we must give or the kid can die.
