    classic galactosemia is a GALT enzyme deficiency, not Aldolase B deficiency (that would be fructose intolerance) correct? thanks in advance, so glad to be following your step 2ck videos! thank you so much for this work.

      FABGUT is the mnemonic I use:
      Fructose Aldolase B
      Galactosemia GALT

      @@hyguruprep I fully understand! I think the way you have it set up right now is perfect with active base questions and integrations with the basic sciences. It really lays a solid foundations and was immense when I was preparing for step 1. Praying for your continued success as your content really helps students immensely!

    Brilliant. I just want to share that if febrile UTI we have to wait for a few weeks before doing Voiding MCUG because transient reflux can happen in Urinary tract infection and we will not be able to differentiate whether it is pathological VUR or transient VUR due to Urinary tract Infection. Thx

I noticed that developmental milestones have been updated and I got questions wrong on UWORLD going by the old milestones, which is consistent with the content of this video. Do you know which version of milestones that USMLE go by now? I have my STEP3 coming up in a month. Thank you.
