classic galactosemia is a GALT enzyme deficiency, not Aldolase B deficiency (that would be fructose intolerance) correct? thanks in advance, so glad to be following your step 2ck videos! thank you so much for this work.
OMG thanks sorry if I misspoke!
FABGUT is the mnemonic I use:
Fructose Aldolase B
Galactosemia GALT
Hope this helps! Will pin this.
Thank you so much for your Step 1 videos! I recently passed Step 1 and found your videos incredibly helpful in clarifying key concepts. I watched all of them before my exam and they were truly lifesaving. I'm now preparing for Step 2 CK and would love to see more videos from you on this topic. Please consider creating additional content to help us succeed in the next step of our medical journey!❤
Watched all of your videos for step 1. Back here for step 2. Love, love your work and style of teaching Dr. Rahul. More power to you
Thank you Dr. Damania! You nailed it‼️ It is fantastic to watch your channel. You clearly know the foundational principles of learning and apply them beautifully! Great job‼️😊

Awe! Thanks Lynda! So glad you found this helpful!!
Well, I've taken the exams for the 6th time now and still didn't succeed, i wonder how those who succeeded did it. 😥💔
Took my usmle test last week and passed with 280 questions on my first try!! Huge Thanks to Mis ELISABETH HELEN, she is a game changer 😊✨
Usmle test is really frustrating, I can't believe I failed again after studying so much. 🤦♂️💔😭
@@lorientheresa4844 I'm sorry about your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mrs ELISABETH HELEN and that's how i passed My USMLE exam

@@hyguruprep I fully understand! I think the way you have it set up right now is perfect with active base questions and integrations with the basic sciences. It really lays a solid foundations and was immense when I was preparing for step 1. Praying for your continued success as your content really helps students immensely!
This is an outstanding presentation. Thank you for your efforts to educate us
Thanks so much Salam! Would love to hear your specific feedback on what you find effective! If you don't mind writing a comment or a review here, that would be amazing! www.trustpilot.com/review/hyguru.com
Can you do this for all the shelf exams?? Super helpful
Please make a video for each of the major clerkships!
Brilliant. I just want to share that if febrile UTI we have to wait for a few weeks before doing Voiding MCUG because transient reflux can happen in Urinary tract infection and we will not be able to differentiate whether it is pathological VUR or transient VUR due to Urinary tract Infection. Thx
Thanks dr
Thanks for watching!!
Thank you, Dr Damania for another great video. I noticed that developmental milestones have been updated and I got questions wrong on UWORLD going by the old milestones, which is consistent with the content of this video. Do you know which version of milestones that USMLE go by now? I have my STEP3 coming up in a month. Thank you.
technically, isn't the knee to chest position in a tet spell increase preload as well?
this is awesome, thank you!! how do we access the may 13th deep dive? is that just in the 6-month step 2 course? will definitely be using once I'm closer to step 2! :)
hiii! yes, it will be in the course :) I also tagged some custom questions to help review the concepts!! Glad you loved it! Thanks so much for your comment :)
