I was curious to how you work out everyday..... But then i remembered when i was in my twenties....... Now 48 and my body needs to heal after hard training. Otherwise its just injuries. Enjoy that feeling of been invincible and been a god! Its a fantastic feeling!!

I hurt my shoulder (rotator cuff) and I still really want to do stuff like this. Does anyone know how to make that happen? Every time I try to do this stuff it just ends up hurting again.

u can train daily it helps train the body too adapt at first it will be difficult until adaptation takes place me it took two weeks too adapt
i have always been taught that your body NEEDS recovery time for the fibres in your muscles repair
if u train 3 times a day the same body part you are goin gto over train and go BACKWARDS
i have been there and if you over train a muscle it can take MONTHS to get back your stegnth
so are you guys saying you can work out every day on pull ups even 3 times a day and every day u will progress? is this something you need to train past overtraining to achieve? i have tried training everyday as i want faster progress but everytime my body fails me and i get injured or something (maybe its coz i am 42 and have trained HARD since 12)
im not trying to be negative i m trying to establish if there is a way to train everyday every 3 times a day coz i would love to get progress faster, but everyttime i try it doesnt work for me

thanks maximo for the confirmation i needed! i am natural and i listen to my body! that means i rest each body party for at least 2 days if i have hammered it to get them repairs it needs!

Yes but eat clean too at least for most people including me there was a time where I rode mi bike 30 miles a day then did pallet repair 70 lbs a peice 9 hrs every day then went to the gym at 2 am to work out but mainly for sauna and hot tub . Then one day did 50 push-ups and tore sumthin in my shoulder . You think maby too much cardio not enough food ?
Serum 01236 to much stress on your central nervous system without enough rest will fatigue your body and try to compensate that is when you’re most vulnerable to get injured
