    Not the first time I have heard this advice. People need to understand it is the food quality of those weekly points.

    Love this video! Thank you. I too am a volume eater .. totally agree with everything here. I rejoined WW last week and have tracked for 7 days .. and believe I am working the program correctly this time. Zero point foods as my base then adding on. Previously, I was doing the opposite ! Got fed up and quit. These videos are very helpful this time around . Thanks! Stay well ❤️
