Now I just try to eat healthy. I can't do anything that causes me stress anymore. I suffer from anxiety and I'm usually a nervous wreck so I just do what I can do on a daily basis. I admire you for getting back on track!

Congratulations on your 1st weeks loss 🎉 I have had the WW app for about a month now. I really struggle because it is hard to buy health foods for me and still feed my picky husband, so I go over points most days but it does make me think about what or how much I eat and I am happy to say that as of today I am down 5 pounds and I am happy with that. Slow and steady I will keep working at it.
Today is my first day on WW! I am wanting to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, 7 months PP. so far, I am looking through recipes and loving all the options. Made an egg, tomato, and broccoli bake for breakfast. I am glad it is food my husband will eat with me
I had a lot of success on WW and was a lifetime member. However, the pandemic changed that and I need to get back to WW again but like you, the local meeting no longer exists and in-person meetings are what really kept me on track. It's going to be more work getting myself to meetings, which are much further away now. We can do it. We have before and we will again.
Good for you. You got this. I remember you on ww before. I lost 10pounds since Nov. 2. I'm at a stand still . I had lost 20 before the 10. Yeah l didn't put pressure on myself this time. I just trying to eat more protein. This lady on you tube said to eat more protein then you won't eat sweets. I'm not losing but just maintaining . I say ld like to loose 5 lbs but if l don't okay it's a goal l can live with. So for me it's more protein
