- Mack Rides tested a "Spinning Car" on Blue Fire at Europa Park and the results are absolutely BONKERS! Who thinks this looks AWESOME?!?!?! (Note: this was only for a test and Blue Fire does not actually have a spinning car on it)

You've done it again MACK. This breaks literally all the previous rules for spinning coasters, I know it's only a test but if they've shown this I reckon they are happy with the project so far! Launched inverting spinning coaster. Nice.
(I know it's just a test but the fact that they've shown us the footage is good and means they believe in this ride type)

DANG IT! I loved Europa Park when I went there, but it's around a seven hour drive for me! (From Holland)! I wish I were there when this whole spinning car idea was happening. Oh well, does look AMAZING THO. I absolutely adored Blue Fire when I was there so spinning cars must just make it in-sane-ly fun! Great idea!

Seems totally unsafe by any reasonable thinking... but also totally awesome. Which I suppose is kind of the point of roller coasters in general, but this... this is a crazy new level.

...But Wait! What If It Was Not Kill! Mack engineers are truly geniuses... I love what Europapark does but too many people want to visit it and now you need to wait 50+ minutes almost every day of the year on almost every ride D: (especially the new ones because for some reason it usually takes 2/3 years for the rides to be fully efficient: when it opened Blue Fire had two trains. Now, four of those amazing trains run this incredible track)
They need this option on all coasters

Lol oke, some stupid comments made me laugh. First of all: this was a test, this isn't a new thing on the blue fire. I think this will be new on the new coaster in Walibi Holland in 2016. We don't know any track, but I can say with 90% that the new coaster a spinning multi inverted launch coaster will be.

You will get huge lines of people just wanting to ride the spinning carriage. The others will be empty.

you know how on big coasters they sometimes have the straps that go over your shoulders, that coaster doesn't and you go upside-down a lot and while your going upside-down your spinning, it just seems safer if you put the straps that go over the shoulders

well, now that I think about it, bigger people will be able to ride in that cart, while where in rides with shoulder straps, bigger people will be in more harm to fall out than with none
+Luwindy With today's technolegy, lap bars are actually safer. Look up Superman Ultimate Flight or Buzzsaw. Those coasters both are upside down for several seconds with lap bars, and there's so many rmc's that do inversions with lap bars. Over the shoulder restraints are sometimes rough too
