    This is mesmerising! It’s so much fun and enjoyable, I really like to see these beautiful colours bleed and create new beautiful hues. Thanks for sharing!

      Thanks Elisabetta! I always appreciate your kind words and support. This video depicts my new swatching style I have been trying out of late, using a flat brush to swatch colors and running the swatches next to each other to let them touch and merge. Thanks for watching and have a wonderful weekend!

    “Better than Cannes…Better than Sundance…March of the Flatbrush is undeniably the best film to come out during the 2023 Writers Guild of America Strike. Morrison Watercolors has written, produced & directed this short film with precise detail as only a brilliant artistic storyteller can. His vibrant strokes of the flat brush marching across the page leave audiences with a complete sense of wonder and awe, fully immersed in an autumnal palette of hues. Each one plays its role with stunning clarity, yet when the troupe gathers for the final scene, the melange of fluidity in their togetherness blends to create a bigger, more formidable character. This final behemoth not only grips our hearts, it transcends us to a plane of higher existence by the end of the film. A must-see. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

    Love your work. I am just learning watercolor painting as I primarily painted with acrylic. Having a bit of a tough time getting used to WC painting opposed to acrylic. Huge difference. May I ask what WC paints are you using in your videos? Thank you for your knowledge and info you provide in your videos!

      @@CherylBormann-h3f thank you for watching. I use different brands of watercolors but my favorite brands are Daniel Smith, Winsor & Newton and American Journey. The specific paints change from time to time.

      @@morrisonwatercolors thank you for your reply. Are you using professional or student grade ?

    • @morrisonwatercolors
      @morrisonwatercolors  2 месяца назад

      @@CherylBormann-h3f almost entirely professional grade. But there are some good student grade paints that work fine for beginner and intermediate artists, such as the Cotman line or Van Gogh.
