Phil should've growled (like in slaughtered)and done some more screams (like in suicide note part 2 and the great southern trendkill opening), tbh it sounds like a downtuned hetfield lol. I think dime would have made it a little more aggressive and add a sprinkle of extreme metal but if I was told that pantera covered this I'd be sold

It sounds absolutely badass! I like the whole song, but my favorite part is from 3:33 - 4:47. It sounds hauntingly beautiful if that makes sense. I kind of prefer this version of the clean interlude over the original one. But they're both awesome in their own ways! Great job!

That's a very nice and beautiful idea and you implemented and very well. Just 2 thoughts: 1. The drums are too much Lars Ulrich'ish, I'm missing the iconic Vinnie style there a bit. 2. this is a "Great Southern Trendkill" Phil. I'd preferred the cleaner voice approach of "CFH" (Cemetary Gates) Phil here I think. Still a great thing, dude. Keep up that work!
That was awesome! There was actually a point where I thought the guitar sounded like Zakk. I think there were a few points where some Dimebombs should have gone in and that's really my only complaint. At least 5 really good squeals in the bridge part hahaha. 🍻
