I love budget challenge maire
What makes me come to life is being able to feel the sense of adventure & excitement about getting up and in my case going out into the woods and explore.
As for the video itself, I felt like I was exactly like Mr. Nate himself meaning I didn't know what I was looking for and having a budget/variety of stores to browse through made this more interesting as his opinions gave me a few ideas as well. Miss Marie, I am.sincerely grateful you pointed out the sharpie as even a newbie like myself only time I'd ever utilize sharpies is IF I were to go back to colored construction paper and doodle in it with sharpies to add to what I saw and indirectly made a I think you called it a "junk journal" but whatever the term was, that would be the only kind of paper I'd personally utilize with sharpies. 🙏🏻 Truly enjoyed learning a bunch of interesting ideas and liked Mr. Nate's points of interesting views about journal sizes/looks/creativity ect. Well done on the video and LOL Mr. Nate just had to shamelessly plug his own channel.

I agree with you, I also come alive when I’m with friends or family but I also feel most fulfilled and electrified when I’m writing. There’s no feeling like it: complete freedom.

For me it's also spending time with friends and family because that's where I'm most comfortable. My anxiety sometimes gets the better of me. In that respect though anytime I do an art project or something it really helps me feel like I've found my place and feel alive in that moment.

I don't do nothing with the journal part, but I use Pilot Precise V5 Gel Pens Extra Fine and Sharpie Ultra Fine point marker for my art work. Only problem with the Gel pens is they smear if you ain't use to using them.
Been a minute since I watched Nate's videos, didn't realize how long his hair had got lol was fun watching you two journal shopping instead of pokemon shopping.
Love your dollar place for journaling stuff my Dollarama doesn't have cool stuff like that much also like how they even display the journal stuff

I come alive when I'm with friends and family or when I get inspired to create, like I can't hold in the excitement. Nate did really good at picking supplies, especially with a lower budget as journal supplies are stupidly expensive sometimes. When I saw the sharpie I knew it was a nono for direct journalling unless you have a 160gsm paper or above. But you coukd write on a piece of printer paper and glue it in?
Always an idea. I feel like when you need to be creative and work with what you’ve got, it can come together and can do so relatively well
This was awesome and I think Nate did awesome with the choices definitely a big no no with the sharpie but still good and this gives me a lot of help later on in life. When you where using all of the markers and pens you literally just made some piece of art like no joke. Also I agree just being alive and having my family and friends with me is all I need thanks Marie and Nate for making my day 😊

@@basically_marie no thank you You helped me a lot with journaling and I went with the basic school note book only for now but still it’s just for now and I’ve already been trying to draw in pages next to my notes thanks Marie and Nate for all of the years of joy, happiness, laughter, and more it’s been so fun and now I’m back into Pokémon cards more and know more on what to do with all my old crafting stuff
