I preordered my s22 in green with 256 gb. I’m very impressed with it and it will be my first S series Samsung device. The only real concern I had getting it was the battery life. Hopefully they optimized the battery and software so that it gets good battery life. Otherwise I’m excited to be trying something new and this looks to be a great iPhone alternative.
@@84848AR I pre-ordered S22 in Green with 128 GB. I have S10e now and excited to upgrade. In Norway, all phones are much more expensive unfortunately. So S22 128GB costs 9 490 NOK, which is 1 074 USD. I get free delivery and free Buds Pro wireless earbuds included with the purchase. Then I also had to buy a 25W USB-C to USB-C Original Samsung Adapter, although from another site because the adapter was outsold on Samsung's website in Norway. By the way, my S22 wil get the Exynos 2200 processor. With the delivery cost for the adapter, the total price for buying an adapter was 278 NOK, which is 31 USD. So for the S22 and an additional adapter, the total sum I payed converted to USD was 1 106 USD, or 9 768 kr. In comparison I got S10e 3 years ago with 25 % discount 3 months after its release for 4 600 NOK or 521 USD. So money-wise, it's obviously not worth upgrading. In addition my S10e works fine and is still really good, except for its battery. However, I was planning to buy the S22 anyway and I really want to get it and also I can easily afford it, so for me it's worth it. If we don't look at the price, it's worth it as well. (Wow, I just checked pricing for the S22 Ultra 1TB plus 45W Adapter, and the total price of that is minimum 2 070 USD in Norway.)
I have the Samsung S21 FE and I'm planning to trade it into S22 but I'm torn between the white and green color but honestly I do prefer the silvery and chrome color accents of the white one.
Looking forward for the review of small S22, please do describe the infamous battery life, in hand feel and the weight of phone. I have been using a OnePlus 8 pro 200grams 6.67 inches display and now i just want a compact phone! Gotta try new things right. Do compare it to iphone 13 or 13 pro, because they are almost exactly similar in size.
Aight so. For big handed persons. The phone is quite small. But you get used to it Edges are a bit sharp A little weighty Battery life is OK Not bad Not good Just OK As far as I've seen Games drain the battery a bit and using the camera other than that solid phone
No, the S22 is actually a bit small. The S22+ is a little bit bigger. It might take some getting used to for you to become accustomed to the smaller phone, but it’s a big upgrade as far as power, display, camera, design, build quality, everything. So hopefully that will make up for the smaller phone for you.
@@tedtsc initially when transferring everything and phone gets hot downloading all apps battery life isn't great but it has gotten a lot better, still learning my usage patterns which is a lot of RUclips. My S20 had really good battery life and I have no doubt this phone will be similar. I'll actually be uploading video tmr on my channel and talk about it
Absolutely! I've said multiple times this is the best S-series device since the S10. Love that thing. I will say this feels slightly more like the S10e than the S10, but yes I really disliked the S21 because of the plastic back so I'd go S22 all the way. Honestly, I even like the S20 more than the S21.
Hi, if I'm average user, with mostly just photos and few apps on phone, will it be enough128gbs? 256gbs are not sold in my country at all and buying abroad will cost me way more.
Yeah, if you don't take a ton of photos and especially videos, 128gb is enough. Make sure to empty your WhatsApp Photos and WhatsApp Videos folders regularly.
received mines today and Imo the haptics feel much more tighter and precise. Similar to the iPhones. I prefer it way more than previous galaxy's no question.
Haptics are fantastic to me. Best ever on a Galaxy device. If you like the iPhone's haptics, you'll like this. Its an X-axis motor for the first time, no longer Z-axis. It's just tighter and more refined all around, not stronger or weaker.
Apple has copied a lot from Samsung. Keep in mind most manufacturers actually copied the curved display/back design ethos of Samsung. They didn’t go for Apple’s. Anyway, the Ultra exists for those that prefer the curves.
So s22 has no micro usb charger type? OMG, I have tons of micro usb cables, they're all going to be wasted and I have to now buy this type of usb? huh!
It's really just because I use an iPad Pro to edit. Samsung's video quality is more than good enough. And their tablets are great, but there's just no editing software that matches what I can get on the iPad.
How so? Samsung had black packaging well before Apple. And white phones date back before Apple or Samsung did it. We can point to many things Apple copies from Samsung and vice versa. If anything, the packaging is something Apple took from Samsung.
@@asianking187 that's to reduce electronic waste. Most android users have usbc bricks around their house. I got one with my old iPhone 11 pro max and my note 20. My tablet i think came with a usbc brick
