I love reviews like this. Talking about the small details and the thought process of the makers for adding such details. I don’t really need a car with so many toys. I just want somethings classy from a trusted brand. I don’t mind waiting for a unit.
Totally agree. all black color/motif looks elegant and classy and does look expensive too regardless of the price and the fabric seats etc. Just my opinion only :)
What do you think about the shortage? Have had an order since July and they’re saying they don’t even know when it’d be delivered. On top of that the sales team was so poor in terms of replying and communicating the issue.
Hi, Francis! Realistically, and as sad as it is, manufacturers the world over have been affected by the chip shortages; that really held up production. Honda PH had announced that they are not sure as to when units bound for the PH will be delivered and have also apologized to their customers. Yes, I know it's not something we want to happen, but the units WILL come, albeit with no specific timeline. For what it's worth, the HR-V is worth the wait. We're sure Honda JP and PH are doing their best to meet the demands. Maganda namam talaga ang HR-V! As for the Sales Team, what I can say is to bring that to the Dealership's admin's attention. Generally speaking, communication is the least that can be given to put customers at ease. We hope that that gets solved, though. Also, thanks for the comment and we hope you keep supporting us on RUclips and our social media pages. We'll do our best to keep getting better! - Mikko, YugaAuto
This is a good question and a good answer from Mikko as well. It’s June 2023, I inquired yesterday and they told me that units are slowly coming in to the Philippines. Earliest unit will arrive in September “daw”. I have no problem waiting for such a good-looking unit.

Ok po ba noise isolation coming from outside? Like di rinig masyado mga ingay sa labas like gulong mismo ng kotse kapag mabilis takbo, mga kasabay na kotse, etc.
Is the Honda Sensing humanistic? Worried ako na baka di siya pulido na magiging intrusive siya sa driving like nung may nagoovertake tapos magbbrakes siya magisa.
Thank you very much, Michael, we really appreciate it! We'll try to keep on getting better, especially since I've only just started making video reviews. We hope you continue to support us! Cheers! - Mikko, YugaAuto
Hey Sir, if you are to choose, mg hs trophy or honda hrv s (lower variant), which one u prefer? Im particular to the traffic during weekdays and i visit my parents in the mountain during weekend. Thats my main use of the car with my family of 3.
Hi I like your reviews. With this one I dont feel justified that on one hand you say its not a highway car but goes on to comment on ADAS. When its not a highway car even by more than average standards (let go top performance), ADAS will remain a gimmick for Honda to bait its customers. For a city car ADAS is waste of money.
I wouldn't say that it's underpowered compared to competition....but could not Honda have designed it to not weigh that much (brochure says it's around 1230kg)....?
Hi, Janus! Yes, I agree to a very great extent! The power is adequate! Even with 5 passengers and some cargo, the HR-V's power and torque are enough. What most people are concerned about is how fast and/or quick it is or should be. But really, you're not going racing with it so for it's build and purpose, again we agree, it's not "underpowered" to the point that it's slow as molasses. As for design, well, maybe Honda was able to find and "justify" its current power:weight ratio. How? We can't really answer. We get you, being lighter does help with power delivery and even economy, but we think it still works as far as weight, looks, and performance go. Thanks very much for the comment, and we hope you continue to support us here and in our social media pages! We'll always do our best to give all of you good quality content! - Mikko, YugaAuto
I got this base model HR-V S last July, and I drive it with confidence. It doesn’t feel like a base model at all-superb!

Agree. Would even be better if the roof liner was black too.😊
