    At the end of the day I become out of mental energy, but my body energy still high so I use that time to go gym since I don't have to think while I'm workingout.
    And somehow it recharge my mental energy and kinda releases pressure.

      Thanks for sharing, Ibrahim! That's a great way of using up that physical energy and allowing your mental energy to recharge. Working out is also an excellent way to relieve stress and pressure.
