I enjoy listening to Rami on Sirius XM Foo Fighters Radio. Seems like a chill dude and is a great keyboardist. Amazing to me that he was the keyboardist for The Wallflowers.
I got a chance to see the wallflowers open for Counting Crows in 96 at Cal Expo amphitheater. I never knew what a Hammond or a Leslie was until that night. Those sound guys had that thing straight BLARING on 6th Ave Heartache. Rami had a cigar active. It was the RADest thing I’ve ever heard.
@@Lfmpaes I've played drums for 30 years and don't have his coordination. And I can play every single Nirvana song flawlessly(not saying much for the level I should be at). But that was all learned a long time ago now.
I remember the first time I heard this killer song. I was in the gym and it literally stopped me in my tracks. I am in the process of transcribing the guitar parts right now. Awesome to hear the backstory.
Loved cloudspotter. Not your typical foo fighters sound but it was just so fresh. I appreciate the work you guys put into this album. The tracks were layered superbly. Seriously amazing work guys.
He’s the oldest in the band has been through so many bands and scenes so he’s the mellow sage. Dave’s still the perpetual teenager going “oh my god, and then and then and then! Oh! But wait! Remember the guitar...” and Pat’s “mhmmm”
3:38 exactly, Dave... that's what i thought when i first heard this track... it's a nice song up until that point, but then it becomes something you can rock to.
You know they have talent when they can find new ways to sound different, and it's still good. It beats making the same sounding album over and over....
I'd just like to point out that I've bought all foo fighters albums over the years but the foo's still haven't bought any of mine, just saying, no pressure, just an observation, seems to me like it would be the right thing to do, not trying to make anyone feel awkward, juuuuuuuuusst sayin', oh and Medicine at midnight is pretty fucking good by the way. Cloudspotter chorus riff is awesome.
Dave should do a solo record where he just vocalizes, claps, snaps and stomps
He kind of has something like this it’s called “Play” it’s somewhere on their channel where he plays everything!
Yes!
Stop. Cause he will.
😂😂😂 that would be so cool
YES! B/C THAT WAS THE MOST SATISFYING THING!
i love how Dave vocalizes all the instruments
We 🤍🥲

I love Rami’s contribution in this video

@@westworldone3660 Great Hammond organ player and multi instrumentalist

I want to have the coordination Dave has with his arms and legs
Learn drums!

I think it's also about having really good rhythm, you can see how he talks and resembles the beats almost instantly and very accurate.
He’s Dave grohl god damnit
Cloudspotter is the best song on the album periodt.
Agreed.
Yes, but for some weird reason, I like making a fire more
Yes I love this song
Shame shame hits really close to me
Dave beatboxing and playing his knee while snapping sounds better than anything I’ve ever done lol.

This has to be one of my faves on the album. Such a difference song and gives off such good vibes

I get the feeling that Pat is the coolest person on the planet and listening to nerdy Dave Grohl breakdown songs is pure hell sometimes LOL

biggest living grunge legend: "while everyone was going grungy in the 90s I was going disco" haha brilliant
My fave track on the album!
Brazil loves Foo Fighters
Brasil ama vocês 💙🇧🇷
The look of disappointment on Dave's face with that "Really?" when Pat says he always considered Cloudspotter as a hard rock song is so funny
Finally get to hear that pre foos riff!
Favorite song on the record
Pat is so chill. Love it!!
This song was 25 years in the making.
Nevermind is all disco drumming!!! Thats the turn)))))
I thought it was a bit he was doing at first
Fantastic album, can't stop playing it in my car, Waiting On A War is my favourite at the moment!
Dave: 😃
Pat: 😊
Rami: 😐
pat smear is so funny, everytime he says something funny or not funny, i laugh
I will forever listen to Nevermind again without thinking of the fact that Dave played disco drums on the album. That's why he's awesome.
I'm getting a funky Lenny Kravitz vibe on this one. Love the sound! 💯👍🏼💗
Dave's energy wears me out
You can tell he was a hyper kid.
Cloudspotter is one of my favorite songs on the new records and it sounds like the Foo Fighters had a baby with the Red Hot Chili Peppers
David doesn't even need the drum, he can clap and snap and it sounds amazing XD
Disco drummers...AND kraut rock drummers...THE BEST
Actually, I agree with Dave. Even, that song makes me dance. Definitely one of the best songs in the record 😉😊

Wish they would play it live.
I love Foo Fighters 💿 🎤 🎸 🥁 🤘🏻 😁
Cloudspotter is my favourite on the new album.
What a conversation! This is awesome
My favorite song
Perfect performance
~2:40 - I made that claim when I was a young adult (around 2008ish) and all my friends thought I was crazy. Glad to see I am not alone on that.
You know they have talent when they can find new ways to sound different, and it's still good. It beats making the same sounding album over and over....
3:40 agree
real real good song
Wow! I had heard that Dave used a riff on the album that he had created before the Foos, but I had no idea it was the chorus of Cloudspotter!
Beautiful song tooo. I wanna dance!!!!!
Favourite song on the album. No idea about how he relates it to disco, I personally thought it sounded like early Black Crowes.
It’s more Funk like Gap Band
@@cjlive5182 Yeah, I see that too. It's a great album. I've really enjoyed the music on this one. The title track is a great listen as well.
I personally thought it was funk meets foo fighters 1995
I see you!
I agree with Path … that’s the hard rock song on the album 💿
I didn’t know that cloudspotter was the last song to be recorded for medicine at midnight 🕛 but it was the 3rd track for medicine for midnight.
This song reminds me of some Offspring 90's song.
Someone please make a bunch of ytps from this track by track series
There honestly should be a full-length album of Dave Grohl singing and stomping and clapping an entire album
Bit Box perfect 😀😀😀
3:28 : RWEALLY?
I need someone to make just that part a meme
ever since i heard the audio for cloudspotter, it’s been my favorite song on the album
3:18 Pat lol
cloudspotter is gonna be a crowd song
According to legend Rami is still barely making eye contact with either of them.

So excited about our long-term studio 666 can’t wait
Had a QOTSA feel
Pat Smear owes me 5 dollars
Damn Nevermind was all Disco drum sounds? 🤯
Unlist them allllll
Plz reply😣😣❤
Who IS the guillotine queen???
I think Dave keeps mistaking the word "disco" for funk. Great song though.
Who from indonesia?
Gak bisa basa enggres
Anyone else think that Dave looks like Marisa Tomei with a beard? 🤔💭
No

Wtf😂🤣😂🤣😂
Dave is that cool Aunt...

“Disco sucks” no wonder he looked miserable in the you should be dancing music video 😂
Rami's hot lol
Was he drunk?
There is literally nothing disco about Nevermind. Nothing.
I mean he was the drummer so I think he would know. nice try
Disc does suck. What are you doing.
No masks lol!
U dumb? Why would they be wearing masks?
Ummmmm COVID!
@@sourcefor do you where a mask at home with your family? If not then I don’t see why it would be necessary here either.
Its no big deal but they are in California the mask capital of the world doesn’t matter to me !
I wear a mask when visiting my parents
Sucks that this album’s their worst yet
I cant stand Dave Grohl! He talks so much and acts like such a poser and superstar! Let the others talk a bit, dude!!!!
