He's so articulate. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a dumb American fooled by his accent. He has a really precise, thoughtful way of expressing himself.

He'll win an Emmy as well. Got snubbed for his performance in Under The Banner of Heaven.

He is more of a "lose myself into the role" and less of "do the same character every movie". Hollywood needs more of that.

I think it’s because he also sounds really humble, these are just his genuine thoughts, not played up out of ego or to sound smart. Just such a sense of intrigue for the intricacies of creation. Very glad 'Angels in America' was highlighted here. Due to Garfield's (and the entire cast's) peformance, I ended up seeing both acts three times, and I can not compliment the stamina and effort required enough. One of the best performances I have seen on stage near to a decade. Well worth watching if you get the chance.
