Vietnamese food is easy to learn Grack! We don't use that many ingredients in our core dishes and meals. We like a focus on bringing on the natural flavors of ingredients and herbs, limes and chili's for enhancing brightness. And our diet is very amenable to vegetarians and dairy-free diets.
Also, as an idea for a video: what about cooking with Taz? She’s forever saying that she wants some new things to cook, but is scared of messing it up; so I feel like if you teamed up, you two together would make ✨the dream team✨ (and it would be EPIC to see you guys back together again 💕)
Yay I love starting my day, and week, with Grace!!! Best vibes everrrrr. I'm definitely going to be trying some of these recipes, thank you! Sending lots of love from LA xoxo 🤗❤❤💕💕💕💕
I know Im a bit late replying but I make this and its essentially a 'steamed jam pudding' except the modern version of making it! if you google that there are photos of what a slice looks like - texture wise if you make it right its moist and fairly light (make it wrong and its claggy and dense though lol... still tastes good though)!
Vietnamese here. "Nước chấm" litteral translation is dipping sauce. The one you had with the Vietnamese food is "nước mắm chấm", which is made from fish sauce, sugar and lime or vinegar.
A bit random but that green microwaveble jug makes me feel oddly nostalgic cause my childhood home had that exactly same jug! And also I’m not from England so a bit funny I find
I really thought that my Mum invented microwave sponge (as well as eggy bread and the term 'Elevenses'). We used to have microwave sponge all the time, I really should make it for my children!
A great Thursday night dinner is Chicken Tikka Masala followed by a Magnum Classic Ice Cream lolly - I really like the creamy white vanilla ice cream with the vanilla pods in coated in a thick shell of milk chocolate - I wish that Magnum would sell their Vanilla Ice Cream in tubs for people to enjoy! Best wishes and take care. Kind regards, Peter Skuce. St Albans. Hertordshire.
Good to see, Grace. Pick Up Limes has some terrific recipes, doesn't it? Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! (We had turkey and all the trimmings, parsnips and fluffy potatoes and brussel sprouts, and I made a southern sweet potato casserole with a brown sugar and pecan topping. Instead of pumpkin pie we had apple crisp. So yummy. Make one for Mother Booth. She'd love it---and you can have fudge!)
Happy Thanksgiving!!! We had a honey ham basted in my own special glaze, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, garlic and chive mashed potatoes, squash, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and homemade cranberry sauce topped with a cheese sauce and pumpkin cheesecake for dessert (whew!) with rolls of course plus I made apple cider. My mom and I tried our best to mix things up this year because Thanksgiving dinner tends to get a little boring 😂😂
Your talent makes your vlogs seem effortless. For a mix up you could trial the hot chocolate bomb in the soup and the squirrel's ultimate "Crunchie" fudge. Xxx
🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ I’m another hot and cold / texture / flavour mixer-upper-er! I get bored after about 3 mouthfuls if everything is the same, so I like to keep it interesting by mixing up flavours, textures, and temperatures. I blame the ADHD 🙈
GRACE... You've officially MADE IT! I saw you on Channel 5 last night. Jumped up and down 😊 EDIT: You got me onto Jason's and now I am flippin addicted.

I’m sorry, it’s been a while since I’ve been watching RUclips and I’m just catching up on Grace’s videos. Can someone tell me when and how she stopped being dairy free? 😮
It was in 2020 or 2021! I think the main purpose behind it was to avoid the fairy having a negative effect on her skin. But eventually she realised it wasn’t the cause? (I THINK)
@@Gemma098 nope she had an actual dairy intolerance. But she thinks it was from taking a few rounds of antibiotics in a row which can kill the bacteria in your gut that help digest dairy. She slowly incorporated it back in. x
I sometimes fancy a side salad when eating pizza or pasta... but not for the crispness, it's just to trick my brain into saying "oh look how healthy, a salad" wink wink
Just a Little Disappointed. I was really looking forward to some Booth Family Dinner Banter. Please bring more of that Soon, Grace! Because I will be here for it!!!

Hi Grace, your videos got me through so many finals weeks during school. A week of dinners is one of my faves that you do. The fudge looks incredible

where are the recipes 🤔?

Any other Americans here who have a hard time seeing the word “cozy” spelled “cosy?” 😂
Yes lol I definitely know it's like that, but it feels wrong every time
Haha this doesn’t bother me, but the use of “homely” instead of “homey” really irrationally irks me
Someone please help me find the recipe comment 😢

First
Grace, you mean to say the soup is "homey", not "homely."
Do you mean Homey? Because homely means ugly
Not in the UK
In the USA it’s homey. In the UK homely! Weird but I figured that out a while ago :)
I was looking for this comment lol. But I just Googled it and the British use of “homely” is what we in the US would would call “homey”
