Video idea: Have a follower guide you through zoom while you cook a recipe from their country. You just need to get the ingredients first. But you can't have a clue about the dish before you cook it.
100% agreed an apple is not dessert. And also agree with everyone saying this seems like a weight loss diet. Any fitness youtubers or healthy eating channels eat like this. It's not a bad diet, just a bit, lacking somehow. Lacking in joy? But that could be the lack of oat enthusiasm haha

Just wanted to say that a dietitian is a better person to follow as the profession is protected by law and u have to be educated to be one whereas anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. They definitely know about nutrition but you need to be more careful with the title :) (not bashing ur video in any way btw love the concept).
I love how you eat everything even if you don’t particularly love it. It’s very nice to see someone who doesn’t complain when they’re doing meal plans, it’s refreshing haha.

As a dietitian - 100% agree that the best diet is one where you can go out, enjoy social situations and eat food that you love!! It’s all about balance and finding a way of eating that works for you
I have a feeling that your normal diet is really close to what a dietician/nutritionist would prescribe for someone of your height and activity level. They always want less sugar, but who really wants to do that…lol

as a dietician myself, one of the major factors in planning a successful diet is preferences! you don't have to eat food you don't like :)
