After Polaris left me stranded two seasons ago, now on a Turbo R. Couldn’t be more happier with it, the fit, finish is better and more power, no bogging. I hear the 24 boosts are much better though.

Great video! I’m going from an 800 Khaos to 850 Pro or possibly the 850 boost. This helps with the decision process

Thanks! I’ve lucked out and got to ride just about every configuration from 800, 850, 9R Boost, Khaos and Pro. Different track lengths and series too. I certainly know which I’d go for!

I'm heading too our local dealer Tuesday. I've spent a couple weeks trying to decide what new sled too get and what brand. Everything is leading to the 2024 9r kaos 165.

The 9R Khaos 155 325 is pretty wild. The 165 would tame that down a bit and would be my second choice

VERY interesting to hear the Axys vs Matryx crankshaft fact. I fell in love with my dads old red 155 axys sks due to the motor, it just goes soo easily compares to the 800 HO i had. Then he got 850 khaos which is ultimately better but I wondered why it just doesnt feel the same and now you confirmed my thoughts with that fact.
Im personnally going to buy my *own* first sled next year. Probably a 850 khaos 146 used because I just cant justify the 9R’s almost 10k price jump.

The 850 is still awesome. I had a lightweight can on mine that improved the throttle response quite a bit. The 9R is on another level though. I feel it’s worth it. Especially if you can find a deal on a 9R. Add the 325 track and you have an incredible sled.

I just upgraded my wife from a 2018 Axys SKS 800 with 155 series 5.1 track (2.4" lug) to a 2024 Pro RMK 850 with 165 series 8 track, 7S, and velocity shocks. I am hoping she will notice an improvement. Last year I upgraded from the identical SKS sled to a 2023 Boost Pro RMK 165 series 8. I'm pretty sure I could feel a difference, but I only managed 159 miles on the sled before our season was cut short.

I purchased a 2016 pro rmk 800 this summer and let my buddy ride it this weekend and he put it in reverse and just touched the throttle and it threw him forward and whiskey throttled it and he almost hit my other sled and my truck 😂 that light weight crank spins up crazy fast I have never felt anything like that before I feel like a big bore on that sled would be perfect for power and throttle response

I chest bought a 2020 polaris 800 off Kijiji for a real good price and I will not sell it for any other sled it's wicked fast and very trouky and it will be something I will have to get used to

50% of the time I’m using the sled for backcountry skiing. Not sure which model and what engine to get. Pro or Kaos? Switchback assault? 9r or 850 boost?
