    I am not falling for this again. I bought "Air Jordans" in the 90's and I still can't dunk. You are a gifted athlete, no matter what shoes or sled that you're sporting. Thank you, especially like watching you move through terrain.

    Caleb, I've been following you for years before you got on Polaris. You've progressed the entire industry not with just your riding but your mindset. Where others have had a scarcity mindset, you have a "tide lifts all boats" mindset and that's exactly what we needed. This video is ridiculous btw

    Hey Caleb, you should do a vid on turbo vs non turbo sleds. I see in 90+% of your vids you run a non-turbo sled so I’d be intrigued to see your input on both. Personally, this is my first year on a turbo sled (after riding a couple turbski sleds here and there over the years) and personally find they’re a cheat code in a lot of aspects, but the downside is they are HEAVY and they also don’t let you fine tune your abilities…rather, personally, I can see how they can be a detriment in several aspects because the turbo can act as a crutch so you rely on that brute HP rather than finding lines and techniques to get you through technical terrain. That’s my take anyways. I sure do love that psssphhhssssphsssshhh

    • @billallen4793
      @billallen4793 Год назад +1

      Great comment! But as far as weight goes, the turbo doesn't weigh much more than the gigantic factory exhaust suitcase! In some case's I'd bet they weigh less! The cheat code is almost any late-model sled! The machine's are so far ahead of 90% of the rider's abilities! I started riding sleds heavy in the mid 80's, riding three old 433cc Yami's white and red. Then some early to mid 80's machine's, until I got my first new sled. It was a 90's Polaris XLT580sp-S.K.S.136x2, then I went crazy with S.L.P. part's under the hood. That was a good little machine and that feeble 136 was a LONG-track..lmao Afrer that I went to mod sleds that would be a couple year's old, but already had the aftermarket stuff I'd want to add anyways, so it would save me some cash in the long run. The new smell wasn't as important to me as power, and weight-loss. With the mtn sleds produced by ANY of the manufacturers today, you can lQQk 👀like a superstar, because the sleds are so good!..R.I.P. K.B...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

      @hornefoundations Год назад +2

      A 850 boost weighs about 25lbs more than a 9r both in stock form...you definitely can feel the weight difference. The 850 boost doesn't have the throttle response that a 9r does. Both handle very well and, are great mountain machines. The 9r shines in tight technical terrain where as the 850 boost is truly a mountain climbing machine.

    I watch a lot of videos with mountain sleds. I always see some early footage that looks like riding on trail from the parking lot. I always riders all the way to the left on blind left turns. We’re you on two way groomed trails? Is it just leaving the parking lot and no one is headed back that early? What about trail riders coming the other way?
