    This video is very helpful to get rid of tailbone. The exercises of video & coccyx cushion are both very useful to get rid of pain

    when sleeping, use a hard surface if you have forward bend coccyx. Then when seating, always use a custom coccyx cushion or 2"foam. Then try to walk 5minutes at least everyday but don't run. This will help to reduce the pain within 1 month.

Ab 15 august ko xray krwaya tha pta chla ki tailbone me frature h..tut k mud gy h. Only 2 days to english tablet li. 3rd day se ab tak homopathic medicine le rhi hu and cup therpy li 1 baar. Pain to h abhi bhi..rhta hi h..ab bed rest kr rhi hu.
      Pr mujhe dar lg rha h ki main thik ho jaungi na. Kab thik houngi.

    Firstly I got cramps in both thighs so I went to neurologist now I m on medication that is neurica , Homin powergin and he given 5 b 12 injection .Now I m ok but sometimes getting pain in thighs joint and sometimes in thighs also.Please tell me can I do exercise

    I got this pain because of bad sitting posture, Like leaning back when sitting in chair or sofa, I have this pain from 6months, I get pain only when I try to get up from sitting position, I'm an active person, I do exercise and stretches daily, I tried everything to get relief from this pain , still it's not going away, please suggest what should I do to get rid of this pain forever.     My tail bone is sweaty and itchy although there is little pain when i am sitting continuously more than 3-4 hour, what should i do...???... My main problem is sweat and itching..!!!

      There might be hair growth inside the skin and muscles. My friend had infection couple of times becuase of the same issue. Later is operated it to remove it

      aapko... ek mahina tak exercise karni hai.. kyunki jab tak aap tail bone k around muscle ko mazboot nhi bana lete toh uthne me muscle weak hone ki wajah se pain karegi... toh aap in muscle ko mazboot kariye phir pain nhi hoga... aur dosri baat aap hard ya kathor jagah par na baithe.. jab bhi baithe cut wala takiya lagaiye

    Hello sir.
    Sir I got a slight injury around 25 days back. Doctor said that X ray is normal and thodi swelling hai coccyx me. Suggested 5 days medication and to sit on ring cushion for 6 weeks and m using it.I also carry it to my work place. My tailbone hurts when I sit and stand from seated position. Kindly tell can I cure it permanently and in how much time?
