Artist's Note: Happy New Year everyone! Depending on well this song does and how much y'all like it, I want this to be the start of a few more original songs I do based on Anipoke, and specifically, Ash's ace Pokemon. So if you guys like this, please comment and tell me so!! Stream it on Spotify, etc. to show this as well! I want to do more like this but I can only dedicate more time if I know you guys are gonna like it! I REALLY enjoyed writing this and it's probably my favorite original song I've done so far, so I really hope I can eventually do some more like it.
Ash and Pikachu have such an awesome bond in anipoke, and while battling is important to them, more than anything it's about their dream, and how much they love and trust each other. So my goal while writing this was to prioritize the feeling of trust and friendship while implementing feisty battle-esque phrases and terms where I could. I really love how this turned out.

I love everything about this song. It's unbelievably refreshing when I find someone who actually likes the show anywhere near as much as I do, let alone someone who loves it enough to write a song for one of the oft-mocked protagonists, and the way you capture Pikachu's character in these lyrics just makes my heart soar. I'd love to hear more songs like this!

This was a great video but the only thing missing from it was Hoenn/battle frontier Ash and Pikachu
Which had a great episode about Pikachu losing its memories of Ash and then getting them back as well as Ash jumping off a cliff to save Pikachu in episode one and the Lucario and the mystery of Mew scene where Ash jumps to save Pikachu and gets blown away as well as the Manaphy scene where Ash places May Pikachu and Manaphy into a Capsule(Idk what that things called) and is basically saved because of their connections of heart swap (I haven’t watched the movie in a long time) and that’s some of the cool scenes that were missing but tbf u picked really good scenes and there are just so many to choose from

Please tell you’ve got all your awesome songs on Spotify too! That’s the main music streaming service I use so it would be a lot easier for me to just add all your Pokémon songs to my playlist on my Spotify account and otherwise it gets confusing remembering which playlists are saved on which accounts with so many on both
