You have to let middle eastern fragrances sit and macerate… they get better with time

I let this one ( barrakat gentle gold) sit…and it’s really nice it’s been a month. First day? It was kinda more like the other notes and sharp! Almost like cleaning fluid..I sprayed and put in a dark spot came back in a month and today omg the vanilla is vanillaing!! 😊

This is one that gets better with time! I would love to have the OG but omg I have no $$ ha spray let it sit! ALL of these fragrance worlds lattaffa’s abe alhambras have to sit …i do find lattafa and Alhambra are made a touch better and smoother for dupes

Definitely only want to wear your best fragrance for special occasions and events. Imma end up purchasing both of those. I already have a sample of the OG.
most of product from frangrance world have more % oil and thicker scent than the original most of them, even the fresh smelling profile they are out performance the OG as well.
Let it sit a while on the sheft and hope smooth by time.
Try moonlit night, hard wood and posh sirius you will know what i mean :)

Hello LadySax! I think you will love it. The dry down goes very vanillic. The intial spray i get a cologne scent but it isn't unpleasant or too masculine. In 15 mins the sweet vanillic scent comes out and it lasts a long time.

Did you get it? Did you let it sit for a month after spraying? I did and what a difference! I almost hated it when I first sprayed ha but let it sit a month it’s more vanilla now thank goodness

Yes I did! At first it didn’t smell the best! But now it smells good! I feel in another month or so it should smell amazing. 💗

As a matter of fact I decided to wear it this morning and it smells even better today! So it keeps getting better and better with time. ❤
The juniper pininess does die down after a month and the vanilla is more out! ( thank goodness )I’m curious now two months since this review ? If you notice that as well? It def smells more well blended a couple more months out! And it also starts to turn more vanilla color instead of purple
Hello heavenjb! Yes it has gotten smoother and smells closer to the orginial as it aged. As a stand alone fragrance its awesome! Smells less cologne in the opening upon first spray and more vanillic 😊
