I've got the perfume parlour version of this in my basket. They're the easiest dupe house for me to buy from as I can test the 3ml oil before spending on a large bottle and I'm in the UK so the p&p is low or free. It sounds right up my street. I always gravitate toward vanilla fragrances despite trying to broaden my range a bit! The work you put into your reviews is really impressive. Thankyou. x
I bought this because of you and I love it. Reminds me of Rose Gourmand by Zara but it’s lighter and more powdery, easy to wear and for me it smells better.

Nahh I’m definitely purchasing this. It sounds like it would layer perfectly with Ministry of oud oud satin. Which is supposed to be a dupe of MFK’s Oud satin mood.

@@birdahmed3861I'd say Gentle Gold is more feminine but I layer it with Amber Eve sometimes. Ambre Eve is slightly more unisex but still leans feminine. It's basically heavy amber with vanilla but has a lavender top note that makes it slightly more wearable for men. It's probably a bit stronger than Gentle Gold but layered together it's stunning. I love them both but I'll probably wear Ambre Eve more in the colder weather. Gentle Gold is very sweet and vanilla smelling. It gets stronger after you use it then let it sit for a few weeks. It didn't seem that strong at first but now it is. I'd say that one is a safer blind buy for sure.
