    We went to Busan, Southeast part of Korea, for a business trip in early August and had a chance to shoot at the gym with ocean view.
    The atmosphere was so nice and we had a desire to exercise more !!
    Therefore, we prepared 'Low Impact 24 minute Home Walking' which you can enjoy the ocean view as well.
    All exercises consist of as little strain on the joints as possible without sitting down, so beginners, please stay with us until the end!

    I have to tell you how happy I am to have found your program. This is a workout I can stay with. I'm 78, and I was getting weaker. This is perfect, and after only 5 weeks, I already feel more sure on my feet , and I know the weight will come off eventually. Thank you Allblanc team.

    I must say I haven't been watching so many routines with Bri in but I have to say she is a very calming and quietly confident character. And still focuses on all the exercises. Way to go Bri 👍👍👍👍

    I had to have major dental reconstruction surgery in June and had to stop working out. I'm just now being able to workout again. I hate having to start from scratch but videos like this are making it easier to start getting back to where I was. Thanks Allblanc!

    I stumbled across your channel a week ago and tried the routines. I love the videos! This is my 2nd week and I am trying each one of them. I like the different duration, sweat-worthiness and variations. It allows me to build a regiment according to time availability, endurance and specific areas to work on. You guys and gals are a wonderful bunch of people!

    Thanks for the workouts they are a great complement to my routine, I will be 65 years old this June and have lost 134 pounds need to lose another 80 or so if I ever make it to Korea would be great to do a workout with you so people can see these exercises are for all ages, I do several different workouts of yours , I do go the gym and do some strength training to help build some muscle mass as I am in that age where I am losing it and it makes weight loss more difficult, diet and exercise and your exercise are fun and keeps me interested. ❤

    Hey guys enjoying work out I could not do the last three video work out because I had back pain I had a procedure done so today I did a exercise with you guys for the very first time in a long time I could not stand to do the exercise so I had to sit in a chair the only two exercise I could not do was hand to foot and butt kicks those two I could not do so I did hand to knee The rest of the exercise I did from sitting down in a chair thanks guys have a beautiful and blessed day

    Thank you for these achievable less intimating workouts that look like a 10yo can follow. A 10yo can follow, most adults can follow. Not all have the confidence or have good coordination. This is encouraging. 🙏🥰

    Good job. I have followed many of your workout exercises videos. I can follow most of them except the tougher workout. I find your videos are kind to must older age people like me. I'm 51 and I can still follow the regime.

    Awesome routines, lovely scenery and extremely smart camera work with the different angles, it really helped me on this one. You guys are the best
