I played the heck out of Rocket Knight Adventures on the Genesis back in the day. I still kick myself for giving it away after "growing up," lol. I can't wait to dive back in and let the nostalgia sweep me away. What a great game.
I can't believe I paid full price for SMT:V at release, its re-release is already out, and I *still* haven't touched it. All because I saw SMT3 on sale, got the idea to play through that one first, then it fell through my backlog. Old age sucks :(

Edit: Vengeance has a split campaign, so you can experience the new content right out of the gate. There are some pretty minor carryover bonuses for various save completion states on Switch as an incentive for anyone thinking about platform options; your call as to whether it is worth it here or on stronger hardware - I'm still unsure myself, hope to see a prrformance review soon!

Froggy bouncing adventure looks very nice, I honestly could buy it just for the fact that you can put hats on the little cute frog 🥰 but it seems fun too!

Burned out my wallet a bit on two games, one from Limited Run Games while the other one from Super Rare Games. But I made sure to add SMTV Vengeance and Monster Hunter Story Games on my Amazon wish list.
Can’t wait for SMT, I played the original on my switch and while I loved the gameplay the story was a disappointment so I’m excited for the new content. I will get it on another platform for best performance.
Judge me all you want but I cant stand the way the main character in Shin Megami looks. Had it not been for that it would have been an easy buy from my part.
I am satisfied with SMT5 so will be missing Vengeance for the foreseeable future. But MHStories...not right now with my backlog but really might get it one day.
I feel like atlus should make vengeance available as dlc for people who already own the game. I really want to play thru the new stuff but not for another 60$

MONSTER HUNTER STORIES!!!! I ADORE this series. I love the mainline as well but Stories is just much more my speed. I’ve played it on 3DS and on my Samsung tablet and it looked amazing on that. Really surprised it took this long to come to switch but I’m so so so excited for this!
SMT5V is a definite pick-up (to sit in my forever-backlog) and Railway Islands 2 really looks like my kind of game. And whilst I love the idea of a new Sensib…sorry, Sociable Soccer, I cannot take a game that rates Richarlison as 88 seriously.
what the heck, SMTV Vengeance and MH Stories are ALREADY HERE??? Feels like yesterday that those were announced. Time starts to lose all meaning when you have young kids. What year is it???
That soccer game feels perfect to play alongside the Euro games that will be playing on my TV for the next month. Never heard of the series but I prefer arcadey games over the more "realistic" modern FIFA/FC offerings so this looks great. Also interested in Monster Hunter Stories but I gotta make a choice cause I also have my eye on Moonstone Island and Everafter Falls next week.

I would strongly recommend not buying the physical from Limited Run Games, they have a horrible reputation.

SMT V the new content is basically a whole new game. You don't need to unlike it and they promise additional 80 hours of gameplay.

You dont need any progression to play the vengeance content. It's a separate mode.
