Fix Xbox Game Bar Capture Option Greyed Out/Disabled On Windows PC

Fix Xbox Game Bar options for recording and clipping are greyed out/Disabled On Windows 10/11
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore
Set the value of DWORD "GameDVR_Enabled" to 1
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR
Set the value of DWORD "AppCaptureEnabled" to 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\GameDVR
Set the value of DWORD "AllowGameDVR" to 1
