I got this tank in a crate, I think it was a collect em all or something like that. To be honest, I dont play it as often, but when I do, the average game I get is pretty decent. I know its just another is knock off, but I dont feel its worse than a is-5 or an is-3. That being said, if you can get it in a crate for 500 gold, just keep it to fill the gap and maximize your chances of getting a tier 9 or 10 on the guaranteed tank crates, but yeah, I agree on the fact that spending 5.5 k gold on it is a total waste.

Edit: If it was more cheaper, like 1.2K Gold it would be a really nice tank and nice first premium for the newbies. Also, it needs an armor buff in the upper plate of at least 130 to 140 millimetres (same as the WZ-111-1G FT)
I bought this tank for the 5,5k gold. Only because I have every tier 8 premium except this one. This tank isn’t that bad I run it like I’m playing the wz-111-5a, but there are so many tank similar to this tank that are better
@@justyouraverageviewer I recommend the WZ-112-2 Because it's a tier 8 and good heavy and great damage 400 too but if you want speed and dpm go for the M41D.
122 Glacial is better than that and also 122 Glacial is fun to play to be honest and so those the WZ Blaze the WZ Blaze has an amazing aimig time but bad gun dipression and good mobility and amazing camo rating
Upper glacis can only bounce reliably if u use gun depression, the IS5 has a better frontal pike nose Gun feels somewhat accurate for me Turret armor is good Other than that, ur better off buying something else, it's just ur average 122mm heavy
I know many would disagree but I actually got it for the challenge it is! at least it's a good credit maker, and I do above 2400 dmg even when i lose, it;s a great challenge, I agree it's not the best, but even if it is the worst in itself it's not bad, i like it
Oh and Droodles can you do an updated and full review of IS5?? Because I perform really bad on that tank the accuracy is pain, the frontal armor is so bad and the worse of all 5 degree of gun depression makes can only do a hulldown on a flat ground behind a destroyed tank or a rock and I think it's the worse tank in tier 8 so far so can you do an updated review of it so I and other players that has the same issue as me can play it correctly and maximize it's full potential thank you Droodles 😁🙏🏻

Well I played today and one of my Clanmates came in a Platoon with me and pulled up in his freshly bought 111 and I thougt and said "you Fool, dont you watch any WoTb related stuff?" XD
luckily,and unluckily,i got this tank in the mystery box such a waste of 250 gold,but glad i got it in that price because it can be worse,but it's not worthy even a single gold
The tier 8 Chinese Patton is worse. So is the tier 10 American tumor tank. That said: there is absolutely no good reason to get the 111. It is just obsolete.
Worst premium but still has better armor then tech tree tanks. Chinese tier VIII tech tree heavy is probably one of my least favourite tanks to grind so far. Armor just sucks. It's useless and gun is eh.
@@NOTRTGAME Tbh,grille has no armor and the Tiger 2's gun is pretty solid,if the grille was distracted or simply not paying attention it's entirely possible to kill it.

I bought it back in days, when I said to my friend that I will outperform him and his 112, while driving 111. And I did. But nonetheless, tank is... Bad. I really, really want to like it, like every bad tank I bought. Gun is something that you would expect from a 122mm gun, so it just average. Armor is debatable, while upper-plate can be "all-or-nothing" in terms of what it will block, lower plate is wide and easily penetrated by any gun with 100mm+ pen. Mobility is also average and nothing too special, and for some reason, has higher max speed than 112, but lower power-to-weight ratio. Its basically... Below average. Doesn't have like, very bright upsides, just either average or below average stats. And... Still, not the worst premium I used.

@@StevenFireWalker watch videos on is6 or ask droodles. They will say its still strong. Also remember that IS6 is one of the oldest tank in the game. It was never buffed and it is still strong.

Save your 5.5k gold for black friday or auctions, you could get Chimera or AX for 5,5k gold.
