I wonder how many people who saw the movie didn't know it was a father/son first meeting.
I always found that Quick Silver acted wierd around Magneto. Apocalypse gave the answer.
@@florians9949 glad they went there with it. And glad Magneto actually cared. He had already lost his "family" once and finding out he had more to lose made him realize nothing was worth that pain. Unfortunately he had no problem ruining millions of families and lives in the process of getting to that conclusion, like a dick, which Magneto ever was.

The forehead movement magneto does upon seeing quicksilver smile to him has to be one of the best pieces of acting in the movie.
Michael Fassbender is my all time favorite actor and it’s for his subtle movements like that

I like how when Charles says “I’m never getting inside that head again” it has a double meaning.
1. He had a terrible experience the last time he used his powers on Erik
2. He respects Erik enough to not want to use his powers to force him to do something against his will.
3- he can’t, the serum he uses to walk disables his powers.

Just had his stomach turned inside out by a complete stranger who just broke him out of a highly secure cell, and asking if he knows karate.
I'd be in such a weird state of confusion and annoyance myself.
The look of amazement, light headedness on the face of magneto Mr. Fassbender acted it out amazing. But I had to say that this quicksilver is so amazing and fun.

Evan Peters should have got his own movie. He was absolutely perfect in this role as he usually is.

This is such a great scene. Watch how the reflection on the glass seems to split or separate from Quicksilvers super fast hands. The filmmakers are visually showing us how hes shattering this unbreakable glass. Not even dramas use art direction and set design this brilliantly. And i still have my doubts that Bryan Singer did any of it

In one of the movies it was indicated that everything in the facility was made of plastic, fiber and wood. Hence no chance for magneto
