Cannot say no to good food in Rome, early autumn in 2022

This video is about the delicious food part of our visit to Rome at the beginning of September.
When I go to Rome, I often repeat my favourite places, but this time I tried many new places.
These restaurants are from what my husband's research on what and where we wanted to eat, a place that were recommended by local people when I was in Rome in March but we couldn't go because it was full and places we found by chance, etc.
I recommend all of the places we tried.
The details of the places are as follows.

The shop was divided into left and right sides, with the right side facing the shop where you could eat inside and the left side was a takeaway-only counter.
Carbonara

Located on a large street near Castel Sant'Angelo, this restaurant may look like a place for tourists, but it seems to be a place where Italians are also satisfied with the food.
The carbonara we had was excellent and, now that I think about it, I would eat it again.

Located near the parliamentary chamber, this restaurant seems used to be frequented by politicians.
It served popular Roman cuisine and the lively atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff make you experience a real Italian restaurant.

A restaurant I stumbled across in the Monti district, which I had never been to before. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the atmosphere, the food and the service, which kept just the right distance, were very good.
The Mezzamanica alla Gricia I had and the dessert crumble were both delicious.

Dinner in Rome is usually served not before 8.00pm, but here the apericena was available from around 6.00pm.
The atmosphere of the former hotel is still there, and the nice chaos adds to the comfort. We stayed too long and left there almost feeling like we were being sent out (which was OK).

Bar Mia

Not far from Piazza Venezia, in front of the huge Roman foot (pie' di marmo).
The coffee is Nespresso, but good price at €1, and the other food was all reasonably priced, varied and looked tasty.
The atmosphere of the shop and the staff are nice.
I think it is a new shop as it is not on Google Maps yet. I hope it will be around for a long time.
Finally, a well-established Ethiopian/Eritrean restaurant that was within walking distance from our hotel.

An Italian restaurant we wanted to try was closed so we went there because it was near by.
We used to love zighini' and sometimes eat them in Bologna.
I was happy to be able to eat it in Rome too.
