thats nice too hear welp, to make launcher to be standalone weapon, it needs everything if possible, make the launcher WA into a skill and gives launcher a proper WA counter shorten the cast time of PAs, or split the PA into 2 parts of damage(like gunner) make all PA chargeable and rewarding(I mean its launcher) fallen impact SHOULD be tracking target enemy after lock-on
