A small note here, but you actually can get enhancement units off of the seasonal shop too. Those three sets of really low grade armors (Qual De, Sesato, and Ajax) all have an exchange cap of six and an enhancement cap of 80, so the same process that works on the Gold II sword works for the armors. Only downside is they'll leave an enhanced item at a slightly lower enhancement than a +80 gold II would. Still, it can save a lot of time, especially for newer or returning players who are liable to be low on Endymio capsules.
Probably worth mentioning that if anyone misses this one, another enhancement event is scheduled later this month, on 5/22, the day Falz Dalion UQ comes out. (Also the day the market gets hit with the new Exdi capsules if I remember right.)
If you're like me and spend an ungodly amount of time in Dext Base. Look into making a Sechetyl. On my waker I have a flug and winguard w/ basic LC caps(armor is the same) w/ fatale 1 and a Sechetyl w/ basic LC caps w/ unwix 5(note below). The Sechetyl does like 350-650 more damage than the 11star bc of scaling/dmg floor/potential BUT that little bit of extra allows me to 1-2 shot EVERYTHING(sans bosses). This doesn't matter too much in a group but solo it's insane. Unwix 5: While farming don't auto-sell Sechetyls w/ a fixa(you'll get a TON) bc you can slam them all together to get unwix 5 VERY easily with the current boosts.
iirc, xover can overpower unwix 5 sechetyl with an unwix 2 by a small bit, and by a fair margin at lv. 3. even with a lower damage floor compared to sech, it does seem that 10☆+ weapons can catch up to it as their base atk goes higher & higher plus with the amount of lv. 2 preset protections we're getting thanks to the free sg 10 pull scratch + the amount of add lv. 1 fixa item from the ltq & seasonal uq, it'll be easier to craft an unwix 3 xover. all it takes is grinding at leciel for a few hours to get plentiful growthments ii & some rng luck with fixa enhance
@@ZXUmi Interesting! I was beaten over the head that the rarity was king here and I kind of accepted it. But since I have "nothing better to do" and the availability of xover and enhance items(atm), I might try this. But also this kinda only matters in solo play bc w/ 7 other ppl everything just melts but it is nice for building bars.
I updated Dext base gear calculation in my damage calculator, and weapons recommended are either sechetyl unwix 5 with 100% floor (as closed as possible) with force addon Lv20, or verschmelz termina 5 with fighter and force add on lv20, as high potency as possible.
Might want to refer to Keroppi's videos on making +80 gold prim sword II grind fodders, this video doesn't really go over the optimal strat for that, and there is a strat for making unit fodders too, this vid is a nice reminder to do that but being honest outside of the "hey go do this!" PSA there is no mention of the easier strat to make those here.
