  • I got this fresh crab from someone who crab fishing it. I am sharing an easy and simple home cook recipe and it’s so refreshing. No deep frying required before stir frying it. 🦀 Such fresh, firm and bouncy flesh, you might want more rice with the sauce.
    Ingredients
    *1 Fresh Dungeness Crab (about 1½ - 2 pounds (0.7 - 0.9 kg)
    *4 stalks scallion
    *1 piece ginger
    *4 large cloves garlic
    *2 shallots
    *2 tbsp cooking oil
    *1 tbsp cooking wine
    *1 tbsp oyster sauce
    *¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
    *thicken sauce/ slurry (2 tsp cornstarch + 5 tbsp water

    your way of cooking is quite alright except for no adding of pepper, some garlics, sesame oil to give falavour, and too dry

      Why r u watching this if you’re so good at cooking it. There’s more than one way to cook crab. Now go cook yours ..smh
