Super Easy & Delicious Hong Kong Style Ginger Scallion Crab In 20 minutes & Only 4 ingredients

  • Welcome to our home cooking channel! Today we'll be using these 4 main ingredients to make an amazing Crab dish for dinner! This is another classic Cantonese dish that our family have enjoyed over the years. What makes this dish so addicting is the delicious Ginger/Scallion thick sauce coating all around the crabs. Some Chinese Restaurants deep fry the crab first, but we want a healthier version plus we used live crabs and they taste much better without deep frying them.
    Ingredients:
    2 live Dungeness Crabs
    Scallions
    Ginger
    Jalapeños
    Stir-Fry Sauce:
    Water: 1/2 cup
    Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
    Oyster Sauce: 1 tbsp
    Sugar: 1 tsp
    Salt: 1 tsp
    Chicken Bouillon: 1.5 tbsp
    Black Pepper: 1 tsp
    Sesame Oil: 1 tsp
    Corn Starch: 1 tbsp
    Unsalted Butter: 3 tbsps
    Oil: 1tbsp
    Chopped Garlic/Shallots: 2-3 tbsps
    Ginger: 4-5 slices
