  • Day 4 of Bike Touring The Katy Trail in Missouri, one of America’s best long-distance rail trails. The Katy Trail stretches 240 miles from Clinton to Machens, Missouri. It also holds the title of America’s longest continuous rail-trail. We woke up on this morning at the Baymont Inn in Jefferson City with morning missions to fix a bad tire and get breakfast then found our way back to the Katy Trailhead at North Jefferson. We rode and explored along the way to Hermann, Missouri, a German village and Wine Country center. Watch cycling through bluffs, beautiful countryside and green tunnels on our way to Hermann where would camp in a city park. Check out what we encountered that September day.
